Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a radiation antenna for a radio relay device for a moving body which radiates a broadcast wave in the car room by relaying an AM broadcast wave. CONSTITUTION:An AM broadcast wave received by an AM broadcast wave receiver antenna device 1 set on the roof of a streetcar is amplified and controlled by relay devices 2 to 17, and it is fed to a car room radiation antenna wire 24 extended on the attic of the streetcar. The length of the antenna wire 24 is made 40m even though it is extended reciprocating between end boards 22 and 23 along the side surface window side, never reaching 75m necessary actually. And in order to extend the effective length of the antenna, loading coils L1, L2, and L3 are dispersed near the end boards, and loaded to the antenna wire 24. As a result, the antenna in which the electric field distribution is even in the car room receiving place other than the end boards, and the radiation efficiency is high, can be obtained, and it can be installed easily to the attic of the streetcar where the housing space is narrow.
