PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet generator and an electronic device with it wherein transmission of vibration to the outside of the jet generator can be restrained without lowering a delivery amount of gas or without lowering cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: A vibration plate 3b is moved to the upward direction at the timing when a vibration plate 3a is moved to the downward direction. The vibration plate 3b is moved to the downward direction at the timing when the vibration plate 3a is moved to the upward direction. The vibration plates 3a and 3b are vibrated so that exciting force weakens with each other, and thereby, transmission of the vibration of the vibration plates 3a and 3b to a casing 1 or the outside of the the jet generator 10 can be restrained. The plurality of vibration plates are used, and the excitation force weakens with each other even when an amplitude is large, and therefore, the delivery amount of air is not lowered. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable system by an efficient ECC constitution. SOLUTION: A stable data reproduction is carried out by attaining the error correction to a random error or burst error in a larger extent by using a first error correction coding unit and a second error correction coding unit, without lowering a transfer speed by avoiding the retry operation. The appropriate ECC constitution of an error correction block is obtained even when the sector structure is changed according to a recording surface / zone / head, by means of setting it in accordance with the recording surface / zone / head. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the responsibility of a magnetic head to a magnetic disk surface, to suppress the vibration amplitude of the magnetic head in a bit direction, and to achieve a high density for magnetic recording/reproducing. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with a base plate 15, a beam spring 16 supported on the top end part of the base plate and provided so as to support the magnetic head 11 on top end part and make a magnetic head away from a magnetic disk in a no-load state, and a pivot spring 17 for pressing the magnetic head into elastic contact with the magnetic disk. The beam spring is provided with a first spring part 22 mainly made flexible to store a repulsive force when the tip of its base end part is biased downward, a body part 23 provided to be continuous form the first spring part, and relatively high in rigidity to maintain the rigidity of the entire beam spring, and a second spring 24 provided to be continuous from the body part, and made flexible to maintain the parallel state of the head slider with the magnetic disk surface, and improve its performance of following-up the magnetic disk surface. The ratio of the lengths of the first spring, the body part and the second spring is se to 0.6:2.1:1.35.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet flow generator further reduced in noise, an electronic apparatus on which the jet flow generator is mounted, a drive signal generator used for the jet flow generator, and a controller. SOLUTION: When the center of the amplitude of a diaphragm 33 is displaced from an origin, a drive waveform 20 (signal of basic frequency (hereafter referred to as basic wave signal)) is so corrected that an amplitude waveform 22 becomes a sine wave 23 as shown in Fig.4 (B). A corrected wave signal 21 after correction is a signal formed by shifting the basic wave signal 20 downward by a predetermined level. Since the origin of the diaphragm 33 matches the amplitude center position, the amplitude can be set symmetrical relative to the origin. Since the air velocity in a flow passage 2a is approximately equal to that in a flow passage 2b, noises levels from both flow passages 2a and 2b are approximately equal to each other, and the level of the noise can be reduced. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system suited to recording/reproducing of AV stream data. SOLUTION: An error correction device is interposed between a recording/reproducing device and a host device by using an HDD having an error correction function. When AV stream data from the host device is recorded, the error correction device generates a second data block as an error correction block format for adding an error correction code to the first data block of AV data in a columnar direction, and adding an error detection code in a row direction (sector unit). The second data block is recorded in a medium at a third data block after an error correction code is added thereto by the recording/reproducing device. During reproduction, the error of the third data block is corrected by the recording/reproducing device, the second data block is transferred to the error correction device, error correction is performed from the second data block to obtain a first data block, and the first data block is transferred to the host device. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus that can generate electromotive force by a simpler mechanism, and to provide a method of controlling electrical accumulation for storing a voltage generated by the electromotive force. SOLUTION: Electromotive force can be generated, by using an unavoidable temperature difference, between a heat source provided in a first housing and a second housing. In other words, since there is no need for installing a cooling member, such as a heat pipe, a heat diffusion member, in order to generate a temperature difference, the number of components can be reduced. Furthermore, since a thermoelectric conversion mechanism is a power regeneration system, it is not necessary to control the application of a voltage for driving the thermoelectric conversion mechanism, and reduction in the power consumption of electronic equipment itself can also be realized. SOLUTION: When the number of interleave and the physical position of codes are decided as arrangement of ECC, periodicity in a position on a recording medium about data errors is considered, and the number of errors to a specific code frame is not concentrated. Periodicity of occurrence distribution of sector errors is discriminated, the number of interleave is set variably in accordance with it, or an allocation order of an interleave code frame for each sector is set variably. Alternatively, a byte data arrangement order in interleave constitution in the sector is set variably on the basis of periodicity of byte error occurrence distribution, or byte data in the sector is divided into a plurality of blocks and the arrangement order of the blocks is set variably for each sector.
