Provided is an image transmission system including an image control device, and at least two signal processing devices. The signal processing devices each include an image receiver configured to selectively receive one or more images transmitted using multicast based on image control information transmitted from the image control device, one or more image processing units configured to perform an image process on an image received by the image receiver based on the image control information, and an image sender configured to transmit an image subjected to the image process by the image processing unit based on the image control information, the image being transmitted using multicast.

Provided is a relay management apparatus including: a session management unit configured to perform registration of session information for multicast transmission of a data stream that is performed between one or two or more transmission apparatuses and one or two or more reception apparatuses via relay links of a relay apparatus, separately for information on a transmission apparatus side and information on a reception apparatus side; and a band reservation unit configured to perform band reservation of a relay link on the transmission apparatus side or band reservation of a relay link on the reception apparatus side, based on the registration of the session information on the transmission apparatus side or the reception apparatus side performed by the session management unit.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a broadcast information distribution apparatus which can supply broadcast information correlating to a change to a receiver apparatus in real time if the change is made to a programming of the broadcasts distributed by a broadcast distributer; a method for distributing the broadcast information; and a program and broadcast information distribution system. SOLUTION: The broadcast information distribution apparatus includes: a text information-receiving part to receive request text information as a predetermined destination from a broadcast receiver apparatus having a text information transmitter part for sending the request text information related to the receiving-requested broadcast; a broadcast information-receiving part to receive scheduled broadcast information as the predetermined destination from a broadcast distribution apparatus having a broadcast information transmitter part for sending scheduled broadcast information related to the scheduled broadcast to be distributed in a given time period; a matching processing part to compare the request text information with the scheduled broadcast information to determine if the scheduled broadcast information includes the request text information or not; and a broadcast information transfer part to transfer the scheduled broadcast information including the request text information to the broadcast receiver apparatus if it is determined that the scheduled broadcast information includes the request text information. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a license management method for a streaming content. SOLUTION: The system includes a plurality of content distribution servers, a license server, a portal server, and a content receiving terminal. The plurality of content distribution servers carry out streaming distribution of an enciphered scramble key used for release of scramble, while they distribute a scrambled content. The license server provides a work key for decoding the enciphered scramble key distributed from a predetermined content distribution server. The portal server provides an address information of the predetermined content distribution server. The content-receiving terminal acquires the address information of the predetermined content distribution server from the portal server, acquires a content and a scramble key from the predetermined content distribution server with reference to the address information; decodes the scramble key using the work key acquired from the license server; and releases scramble of the content by using the scramble key.
