    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an optimum channel according to a communication state from the whole of a plurality of frequency bands, when using the plurality of frequency bands for enabling communication. SOLUTION: A radio wave strength detector 31 detects the radio wave strength between a transmitting device and a receiving one. A priority defining section 32 defines priority to a 2.4 or 5 GHz band, based on the radio wave strength. When the 2.4 GHz band is compared with the 5 GHz one, the wavelength of the 5 GHz band is shorter than that of the 2.4 GHz band. Therefore, the 5 GHz band is worse than the 2.4 GHz one in the diffraction of an obstacle and reach distance. Then, the priority defining section 32 sets the 5 GHz band to be a priority band so that a channel used for communicating with the receiving device 3 is preferentially determined from the channel of the 5 GHz band at a channel determination section 33, when the radio wave strength is at a prescribed threshold or higher. The channel determination section 33 determines a channel utilized for communication with the receiving device from the channel of the 2.4 GHz band and that of the 5 GHz one, based on the conditions of a priority band, or the like. SOLUTION: In communication using UDP as a transport layer, a signal is transferred to which an RTP header is added. A receiver refers to a sequence number in the received RTP header for confirming the continuity of the number. When data containing a continuous sequence number are not received, the data are determined to be missing and a request for resending the data of the sequence number determined to be missing is sent to a transmitter. Corresponding to the request, the receiver acquires the missing data by receiving the data resent by the transmitter.
