PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize phase delay caused by signal processing to a specific input signal, while reducing the cost. SOLUTION: The drive is constituted so that the sampling order of a focus error signal FE and a tracking error signal TE at an input changeover switch 41 is set by means of changing over input switches 41A, 41B... of the input changeover switch 41 by using a changeover timing control circuit 46 in an order based on data being set in a setting register 46a. The minimization of the phase difference between the focus error signal FE or the tracking error signal TE selectable by the input changeover switch 41 and a focus drive signal or a tracking drive signal obtained from these servo error signals is attained. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an optimum channel according to a communication state from the whole of a plurality of frequency bands, when using the plurality of frequency bands for enabling communication. SOLUTION: A radio wave strength detector 31 detects the radio wave strength between a transmitting device and a receiving one. A priority defining section 32 defines priority to a 2.4 or 5 GHz band, based on the radio wave strength. When the 2.4 GHz band is compared with the 5 GHz one, the wavelength of the 5 GHz band is shorter than that of the 2.4 GHz band. Therefore, the 5 GHz band is worse than the 2.4 GHz one in the diffraction of an obstacle and reach distance. Then, the priority defining section 32 sets the 5 GHz band to be a priority band so that a channel used for communicating with the receiving device 3 is preferentially determined from the channel of the 5 GHz band at a channel determination section 33, when the radio wave strength is at a prescribed threshold or higher. The channel determination section 33 determines a channel utilized for communication with the receiving device from the channel of the 2.4 GHz band and that of the 5 GHz one, based on the conditions of a priority band, or the like. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable data that could not be received at a reception side by some sort of causes to be acquired from a transmission side by a retransmission request from the reception side. SOLUTION: In communication using UDP as a transport layer, a signal is transferred to which an RTP header is added. A receiver refers to a sequence number in the received RTP header for confirming the continuity of the number. When data containing a continuous sequence number are not received, the data are determined to be missing and a request for resending the data of the sequence number determined to be missing is sent to a transmitter. Corresponding to the request, the receiver acquires the missing data by receiving the data resent by the transmitter. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcurrent preventing device and an optical disk device, by which various kinds of actuators incorporated in an optical disk recording/reproducing device, etc., are protected from the damage. SOLUTION: The overcurrent preventing device is furnished with the actuator mounted on the optical disk device, a supply means 20 for supplying a driving current to this actuator, and a control means 22 for controlling a current value of the driving current supplied from the supply means 20, then the control means 22 is constituted so that the driving current is sampled for every constant time interval and the current values of the sampled driving currents are integrated, and when this integrated value exceeds a limited current, the driving current is made to zero.
