    SOLUTION: The heat sink 10 is equipped with a heat receiving surface 11 which bears against the flat plane of a semiconductor element, and an element fixing surface 13, which is formed by bending a part extending from the heat receiving surface 11 and extended directly from the upper end of the heat receiving surface 11 at right angles. A fixing hole 15 is used for receiving and fixing the upper part, and especially, the fins of the semiconductor element is provided to the element fixing surface 13. A pair of fixing projections 15p are provided to the fixing hole 15, and the fixing projections 15p are provided, protruding opposite to the direction in which the element fixing surface 13 is extended.
