Abstract: A record player having single lever presetting control for manual and repeat operation. The record player has tonearm locking when a final repeat cycle has been terminated. A repeat designating lever and an operating member for operating the designating lever per repeat cycle, while the operating lever engages the repeat designating lever only for a given period of time. A feed member is urged in one direction under the action of a spring, is secured to a repeat feed level reciprocable in response to one cycle of notation of a drive gear driven in association with rotation of a turn-table, while the feed member is so designed as to engage a tooth cam of a repeat feed plate which stores a repeat cycle commensurate with an extent of its displacement, before the completion of one cycle of rotation of the drive gear, thereby causing a given extent of displacement of the saw tooth cam, with the result that the number of parts may be reduced and the count-down of a repeat memory may be readily accomplished by an arbitrary operation of a single modeshifting rod.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure and maintain the stable quality of a product formed of a sheet-like base material by preventing the formation of winding wrinkles of the sheet-like base material, and improving yield in a length direction and a width direction. SOLUTION: An expander roller 43 rotatable around a rotation axis and having many spiral line grooves formed in lateral symmetry on the outer peripheral side face from the center part toward both end parts along a longitudinal direction, inclining at a specified angle from the center part toward both end parts is installed so that the axis is almost parallel with the axis of a winding core 41. At the start of winding the sheet-like base material 1, the expander roller 43 is brought into pressure contact with the outer peripheral side face of the winding core 41 through the sheet-like base material 1, and tentering of the sheet-like base material 1 is performed by many line grooves while- pressing out wrinkles from the center part to both end parts. In a stage where the sheet-like base material 1 is wound into specified length, the pressure contact of the expander roller 43 is released, and winding by the winding core 41 is continued.
