Abstract:
In a method for forming articles by injection molding, in which a melted plastic material is injected into a cavity formed between a movable die and a stationary die, the method comprises the steps of injecting the melted plastic material into the cavity under the condition of substantially no pressure, and pressing the movalbe die against the stationary die during or after injection so as to press-mold the article.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the interchangeable use of stampers different in center hole specifications by extremely simple operation. SOLUTION: A stamper attaching mechanism 13 is attached to the attaching part 19 provided to the central position of the cavity constituting part of a fixed mold and equipped with a stamper holding member 32 for holding one main surface of a stamper 1 and a stamper press member 33 having the engaging part 38 engaging the inner peripheral edge part of the center hole of the stamper 1 from the other main surface side of the stamper 1 provided to its leading end part piercing the center hole of the stamper 1 through the stamper holding member 32. The stamper holding member 32 and the stamper press member 33 are selected corresponding to the inner diameter specifications of the stamper and the stamper attaching mechanism 13 is attached to the attaching part 19 in a state holding the inner peripheral region of the stamper by both members 32, 33.

PURPOSE:To make the sinking quantity of a work proper by providing a work elevating-lowering means lowering the work to be sunk into a resin solution received in a resin container and a nozzle means being moved along the level of the resin solution and coating the top face of the work with the resin solution from an auxiliary vessel. CONSTITUTION:A work 8 is sunk into a resin liquid 2 only by a resin-film forming first layer 21 section, thence a nozzle means 5 is moved on the work 8 sunk and the upper section of the work 8 is coated with the resin solution 2 from a resin supplemental section. A resin film applied onto the work 8 is cured through the irradiation of light from a luminous radiation means under the state. When the resin layer is brought to a solid state, the process is repeated, and a desired number of the resin layers are shaped in three- dimensions.

PURPOSE:To make a molded article made of synthetic resin release in an unforced state and lightly, by a method wherein a molded article made of synthetic resin is made to float from a metal die in the unforced state by blowing air against at least an external circumferential part side of the molded article and then a central part side of the molded article made of the synthetic resin is made to release from the metal die. CONSTITUTION:At about the same time with separation of a metal die 1 from a metal die 5 in the direction of arrow (b) after a punching process a large quantity of air is blown against an external circumferential part 24 side of a video disk 9 from the direction of arrow (e) through a plurality of air blow-off openings 23. The external circumferential part 24 side of the video disk is peeled off from the upper part of a stamper 2 as shown by an imaginary line. Then a fringe part 27 side of a center hole 13 of the video disk 9 is pushed out by pushing out a pushing-out pin 11. Injection pressure of molten synthetic resin becomes easy to increase.

PURPOSE:To obtain the device, a manifold section and a cavity section thereof are spatially insulated and held, which is sufficiently heat-insulated, for which the amount of heating energy and the quantity of cooling water used may be a little and in which molds are easily exchanged and the manifold section is easily removed. CONSTITUTION:In the block manifold section 37, injection nozzles 36, 36 are fitted to fitting concave sections 20 shaped to the upper mold 11 of the cavity section 2 while being made correspond to cavities 1, and the injection ports 36a of noses are set up to the upper mold 11 by means of clamping bolts 45 while being faced to the cavities 1. The manifold section 37 is spatially insulated and held to the cavity section 2 heated by means of a heater 12 while being separated only by a predetermined distance W by means of a positioning pin 46 with the exception of injection port 36a sections of the noses of the injection nozzles 36, 36. A heat insulating material 47 made of asbestos, etc. is mounted on a mounting plate 31 and the upper surface of the manifold section 37 in order to heat-insulate an injection molding machine.

PURPOSE: To prevent transverse burrs from occurring when a disc is molded in a mold by means of an injection molding machine. CONSTITUTION: The outer peripheral part of a movable side stamper or a fixed side stamper is pinched by movable side cavirings 13 and 14 or a fixed side caviring 2, and the movable side cavirings 13 and 14 or the fixed side caviring 2 are energized to the opposite side by a spring 23 or an air cylinder. Therefore, when injection molding is performed, even if the movable side stamper and the fixed side stamper are separated from each other, the movable side cavirings 13 and 14 or the fixed side caviring 2 is pushed to the fixed side stamper or the movable side stamper of the opposite side.
