Abstract:
An electronic money system for network type and IC card type electronic money which prevents impossibility of collecting money for shopping by member stores and enables a user to do shopping via a network. A user terminal (2-1) accesses a member store terminal (4-1) via the Internet (1) and purchases a commodity. The member store terminal (4-1) inquires of a clearance apparatus (7) the electronic money balance stored in a database (25) of a user e-Wallet (24) of the user terminal (2-1). When the balance is greater than the shopping price, the clearance apparatus (7) subtracts the shopping price from the balance to update the balance. When the balance is smaller than the shopping price, a creditor account according to the user credit level is added to the balance and if the resultant total is greater than the shopping price, a transaction is performed.

Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online shopping system where a mall except for a registered online shopping mall can be used by a simple procedure with the same settlement processing. SOLUTION: A user 200 accesses the other online shop 400 which is not registered by using virtual ID which is previously set. When a commodity is purchased, an online shop 400 transmits ordering data to a money gate 500 and a mall businessman 300 to whom the user is registered transmits information such as a credit number on settlement to the money gate 500 in accordance with a request from the money gate 500. They are adjusted in the money gate 500 and final ordering data is generated. Thus, a settlement processing is performed to a card company 600.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an information memory medium compact and exchangeable by adapting the information memory medium to rotate in a noncontact state to other members and read, write information in a noncontact state to a head. SOLUTION: When a current is fed to coil bodies of a coil unit 14, an information memory medium 3 is kept levitated between medium-holding parts 11A and 12B because of a reaction of a generated magnetic flux and a permanent magnet 7 of the information memory medium 3. In this state, the current is sent to each coil body 16 of the coil unit 14 in a determined order, whereby a force rotating the information memory medium 3 is generated. The information memory medium 3 consequently rotates at the position without touching other members, and writes or reads information to an optical data memory part 5 in this state with moving a head 21 of a data access means 20 along a rotation center thereof. Particularly when the medium is used as a means for storing sound information and images, sound quality and image quality are improved.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a member store from being unable to collect a user's purchase amount and to enable a user to surely carry out shopping via a network. SOLUTION: A user terminal 2-1 accesses a member store terminal 4-1 via the Internet 1 to buy an article. The member store terminal 4-1 inquires of a settlement device 7 the balance of the electronic money stored in the database 25 of the e-wallet 24 of the user of the user terminal 2-1 via the Internet 1. The settlement device 7 updates the balance by subtracting the shopping amount when the balance is larger than the shopping amount. When the balance is less than the shopping amount, on the other hand, an overdraft amount corresponding to the credit level of the user is added to the balance and when the total amount is larger than the shopping amount, settlement is carried out. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line shopping system usable by the same settlement processing in a simple procedure even on a mall other than a registered on-line shopping mall. SOLUTION: A user 200 makes access to the unregistered other on-line shop 400 by using preset temporary ID. When buying a commodity, the on-line shop 400 transmits order receiving data to a money gate 500. The user transmits information such as a credit number for allowing a registered mall enterprise 300 to take part in settlement to the money gate 500 according to a request from the money gate 500. These information are checked up by the money gate 500, and the final order receiving data is generated. Thus, the settlement processing is executed for a card company 600.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the load of credit processing on a company which issues a credit card. SOLUTION: An alliance store terminal A1 obtains the security code and bearer's attribute information of the credit card at a step S52. The bearer's attribute information consists, for example, of the birthday the lower 4 digits of the home telephone number, the Kana (square form of Japanese syllabary) name of the family name and the Kana name of the given name of the credit card user. An authorization request sent from the alliance store terminal A1 at a step S53 is sent to a card company device 2A as a use card company device and further sent to a card company device 2B as a card issuing company device through a mediation center device 11. The card company device 2B performs authorization at a step S122 and sends the authorization result of OK or NG to the alliance store terminal A1 through the mediation center device 11 and card company device 2A.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the ratio of an authorization charge and a communication network using charge occupied in an account settlement money amount by a credit card, to accelerate the utilization of small amount account settlement and to prevent excessive burdens on a communication network even when the credit card account settlement of a small amount is frequently performed. SOLUTION: In the case of receiving an authorization request for a prescribed credit card number from a trader device 302, authorization request and reply are executed with a credit card company 201 and the result is stored in a storage device 103b. Thereafter, in the case of receiving the authorization request for the prescribed credit card number from the trader device 302, the propriety of order approval is judged by retrieving the result of the authorization reply stored in the storage device 103b and transmitted to the trader device 302. Also, in the case of transmitting account settlement information to the credit card company 201 as sales data, the account settlement information is summed up by a prescribed unit and then transmitted.
