    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To paste together each member without leaving air bubbles between the first and the second members having prescribed pasting surfaces. SOLUTION: A pasting device 10 has a constitution that it is equipped with a coating means 12 to coat the pasted surface L1 of an element substrate L with a resin material M, and with a pasting means 13 to paste a sealing glass U and the element substrate L, which is coated with the resin material M. The coating means 12 is installed wherein the resin material M is made possible to be partially coated on the plural spots of the pasted surface L1, so that an air escape passage 28 is formed between the element substrate L and the sealing glass U. The pasting means 13 is installed wherein in the case that a pasting force is applied along the air escape passage 28 between the element substrate L and the sealing glass U, air is sent from the air escape passage 28 to the outside, and also the sealing glass U is installed capable of being pasted at a state that a thin film layer is formed in a way that the partially coated resin material M is ranged in a row.
