    Abstract: A system for manufacturing a hybrid integrated circuit by mounting an IC and a chip component on a circuit substrate comprises means for reading the characteristic data of each IC shown previously thereon (eg a bar code) to indicate the characteristic thereof, and means for selecting an optimal chip component in accordance with the read characteristic of the IC, thereby achieving manufacture of a satisfactory hybrid integrated circuit having predetermined performance. The hybrid circuit may be a compensated high pass filter (Fig 4).

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording/reproducing device capable of accurately generating an on-track signal and an off-track signal by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This optical information recording/reproducing device is provided with a bottom holding circuit 2 for generating the lower enveloping signal of amplitude modulation outputted from a photodiode when an optical pickup crosses a track, a bottom holding circuit 9 for generating a reference value from the lower enveloping signal, a peak holding circuit 10, an operation amplifier 13, and a comparator circuit 15 for obtaining an off-track/on-track signal by comparing the lower enveloping signal with the reference value. Since the track positioning of the optical pickup is controlled by using the on-track/off- track signal, the on-track/off-track signal is obtained accurately without any effects of the damage or dusts of an optical recording medium.

SOLUTION: In an optical disk system whose velocity mode is variable for a spindle speed, a high frequency pass filter 18 is constituted of a first capacitor C1 one end of which is connected to the output terminal of a RF (high frequency) amplifier 15, switch SW one end of which is connected to the output terminal of the RF amplifier 15, and a second capacitor C2 which is connected between the other end of the switch SW and the other end of the first capacitor C1. In this case, the time constant of the high frequency pass filter 18 is switched in accordance with the velocity mode of the spindle speed by means of a switch control circuit 16, so that the time constant is set corresponding to each velocity mode.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable scattering of characteristics of an IC to be compensated for by reading characteristic display which is shown on the IC and selecting chip parts corresponding to the scattering of characteristics of the IC. CONSTITUTION:Characteristics of an IC are examined by inspection process of the IC and a bar code 11 is printed onto a package or a bare chip of an IC 10. When mounting the IC with a mounting machine, data of characteristics of the IC 10 is read by a bar code reader and proper mounting parts are selected. A hybrid integrated circuit thus obtained has a specified performance. Thus, it is possible to select optimum externally-mounted parts, thereby enabling the IC to be mounted along with chip parts by mounting machine without causing the IC to be classified due to scattering and obtaining a hybrid integrated circuit with a certain performance.
