Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to generate electric power by a solar battery or the power generation by rotating force on a rotary drum side and to provide the rotary drum side with an amplifier, signal processing circuit, etc. SOLUTION: This recording and reproducing device is provided with a light source 1 on its circumferential stationary side and is provided with the solar battery 3 on the rotary drum. The irradiating light 2 cast from this light source 1 is applied to the solar battery 3 on the rotary drum 4 side. The solar battery 3 applied with the irradiating light 2 generates the electric power. This output electric power is supplied to various function elements and circuits which are so mounted as to rotate integrally with the rotary drum 4.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the voice recognizing factor for the time announcement service of an automatic time setting device by confirming the continuity of the time announcement contents recognized in voices. CONSTITUTION:The time announcement service signal received by a terminal equipment 3 is sent to a voice recognizing part 7. The part 7 recognizes in voices the service announcement to obtain the present time. Thus the part 7 successively extracts the service announcement received momentarily and recognizes the announcement in voices. Then an MPU 6 decides whether the time of announcement recognized by the part 7 has the continuity or not. When the correct recognition of the announcement is decided, the time signal tone is extracted out of the time signal of the time announcement service. Then the time of a timer 8 is set or corrected in the timing of the time signal tone.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain sure infrared ray remote control. CONSTITUTION:Plural reception sections 26, 27 on a moving section are alternately switched to be in the reception state by a changeover section 28 provided to an operation object deice 10 and drive information sent by an infrared ray from an operation section is received alternately by the plural reception sections 26 of 27. A control sections 25 judges whether or not a reception signal by any of the plural reception sections 26, 27 is normal. This judgement is implemented by discriminating the level of the reception signal by, e.g. the reception section 26 or 27 is a level required to discriminate the signal content and when it is judged that the reception signal from a specific reception section is normal, the changeover by a changeover section 28 is stopped and the reception of the specific reception section is continued. Furthermore, when the reception signal from the specific reception section is not normal, that is, the level is less than the reception level to be discriminated, the reception signal from the reception section is alternately switched again by the changeover section 28.

Consequently, a necessary signal is selected out of sound signals outputted by plural pieces of electronic equipment 2i (i=1, 2,...), and the signal can be outputted from the necessary loudspeaker among plural loudspeaker 21j (j=1, 2,...). Thus, the the operation can be avoided from being intricate.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve a C/N(carrier to noise ratio) by connecting the input terminal of a transformer impedance type amplifying circuit between a photodetector and an impedance element through a coupling capacitor. CONSTITUTION:One terminal of the photodetector 4 of an input part 2 is connected to a power source terminal 5, the other terminal is grounded through the impedance element 6, and the input terminal 9 of the transformer impedance type amplifying circuit 3 is connected between the photodetector 4 and impedance element 6 through the coupling capacitor 7. Consequently, a source voltage Vcc applied to the photodetector 4 is reduced, the source voltage Vcc is made common, and the impedance ZPD on the side of the photodetector 4 which is viewed from the transformer impedance type amplifying circuit 3 is reducible. Consequently, an equivalent input-to-noise level can be reduced and the C/N is improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To feed a tape to the objective point exactly without making the servo- system step out, by driving the motor by the voltage according to the moving amount from the running point to the objective point, of the recording medium at that time point, in case when reversal of the motor has been detected at the decelerating time of the motor. CONSTITUTION:When the decelerating control is bein executed, if the motor 1 is reversed, a rotary direction detecting signal becomes a high level from a low level, and it is provided to the AND circuit 14. Moreover, when a pluse signal has been provided, a high level output is obtained from the circuit 14, as a result, FF15 is set, and its output becomes a high level. Accordingly, the AND circuit 16 is closed, a gate signal which has been provided to the AND circuit 7 is cut off, and the circuit 7 is closed. At the same time, an output of FF15 opens the circuit 8 through the OR gate 18. As a result, the output voltage of the D/A converter 5 is applied to the motor 1, and the stationary control is executed. In this way, a tape can be exactly attained to the objective point without making the servo-system step out.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a disruption of an appliance due to a false connection by providing a projecting part on a periphery surface of a cylindrical plug on a feeding side, and a recessed part on an inside perimeter surface of a jack on a receiving side, so that the power plug and the jack based on different standards can not be jointed by combining the recessed part and the projecting part. SOLUTION: Projecting parts T11, T12 are provided along an axis direction of an exterior electrode UE of a power source plug. Recessed parts O11, O12 are provided along an axis direction, that is an inserting direction, of a plug inserting hole PH of a jack. When the projecting parts T11, T12 of the plug are inserted in the recessed parts O11, O12 of the jack while being engaged with each other, the exterior electrode UE of the power source plug and an interior electrode IE are connected to an inside perimeter electrode DE of the jack and a center electrode CE of the jack respectively, and feeding from the plug to the jack is performed. If the projecting parts T11, T12 are not engaged with the recessed parts O11, O12, compatibility of jointing of the plug and the jack is checked, so that a false jointing can not be performed.

For the condition of regulated winding, the device is only required to be operated so as to satisfy Nb/Nw≈2N, or Nb/Nw≈2(N-1). Where the operation cycle (rotating speed) of the rotary bobbin 1 is Wb, the operation cycle of an electric wire guide 36 is Nw, and the number capable of winding the electric wire per one step in the direction of the rotary winding shaft 21 of the rotary bobbin 2 is N.
