Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an optical disk recording medium, which can manufacture an inexpensive optical disk recording medium. SOLUTION: A flexible film sheet 10 for transfer, which is supported by one roll 100 and the other roll 105, is prepared, and an ultraviolet curing resin layer is continuously formed on the surface of the film sheet 10 for transfer in a process for winding the film sheet 10 for transfer from one roll 100 to the other 105. Then, a nickel stamper having an irregular shape is pressed to the ultraviolet curing resin layer formed on the surface of the film sheet for transfer, and at the same time ultraviolet rays are applied from the backside of the film sheet for transfer, thus curing the ultraviolet curing resin layer, and continuously forming the irregular shape on the ultraviolet curing resin layer.
