    Abstract: PURPOSE: To perform an easy and precise position detection by providing first and second marker detectors, a narrow pulse signal generating means, a counter signal generating means and an UP/DOWN counter. CONSTITUTION: In a moving quantity detecting device 10, AS, AE, BS, BE signals which are pulse signals sufficiently narrower in width than the moving time for one area of a rotating part are generated every area of the rotating part which is the interval between a first marker detector 1 and a second marker detector 2 by a narrow pulse generating means 3, an UP signal and a DOW signal are generated by a count signal generating means 4 from CHA signal and CHB signal whose phases are mutually switched according to the rotating direction of the rotating part and the AS, AE, BS, BE signals, and increment/decrement of the UP signal/DOWN signal is performed by an UP/ DOWN counter 5. Therefore, the precise position of a moving body can be detected by the detecting device 10 with a simple structure.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To perform an easy and precise position detection by providing first and second marker detectors, a direction signal generating means, a count signal generating means and an UP/DOWN counter. CONSTITUTION: A direction signal is generated by a direction signal generating means 3 on the basis of the detection results of a first marker detector 1 and a second marker detector 2, the output signal of the detector 1 or detector 2 is made into an UP signal or DOWN signal according to the respective direction signals by a count signal generating means 5, and the increment/decrement of each UP signal/DOWN signal is performed by an UP/DOWN counter 5 to detect the position according to the moving direction and moving quantity of a moving body. The respective direction signals cause delays of the same degree to the moving quantity of the moving body regardless of the moving direction, and increment/decrement is performed so that the delays of the respective direction signals are mutually canceled every reversion of the moving direction of the moving body. Therefore, the precise position of the moving body can be detected with a simple structure.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure thermal reliability and enable high density mounting by a method wherein each electrode terminal is formed so as to narrow more the width to a mounting direction than a main body part. SOLUTION: A chip part 20 accommodates electric parts such as resistors, condensers, inductors, etc., in a main body part 21 composed of an insulative material, and external electrodes 22 having a narrower width to a mounting direction than the main body part 21 are formed at both ends of the main body part 21. Further, in the main body part 21, electronic parts are coated inside the center, and also an opening part having a specific size is penetrated along a mounting direction at a specific location on both the sides, and each external electrode is exposed in this opening part. Further, a width to a mounting direction of wall parts on both sides forming the opening part of the main body part 21 is formed so as to narrow a width to a mounting direction than the main body part 21.

In this case, the respective direction signals cause delays of the same degree to the moving quantity of the moving body regardless of the moving direction, and a count miss can be canceled every reversion of the moving direction of the moving body. Since the count miss at the change of the direction signals can be prevented, the precise position of the moving body can be detected with a simple structure.

On the other hand, when the rotary shaft 14 is rotated to left, the rotational friction of the rollers 211-213 is not received since the rotating direction of the rotary shaft 14 is coincident to the direction of releasing the rollers 211-213. Therefore, the rotary head drum can be easily inserted by inserting the rotary shaft 14 among the rollers 211-213 of the clutch 21 while rotating the rotary shaft 14 to left.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a generation of solder bridges generated among a plurality of terminal members which are formed so as to be arranged as an object to be soldered by providing a partition member at a tip part of a blowing pipe of a heated air. CONSTITUTION:A blowing pipe 26 of a reflow nozzle 20 is positioned in a substrate 2 and a lead 4 of an IC chip 3 by positioning pins 28A, 28B, whereby tip parts 27B of a partition member 27 provided in the blowing pipe 26 are inserted into spaces among respective leads 4 and the tip parts 27B abut against a surface of a substrate 2. Then, when a top end of the tip part 27B is formed to be an acute angle and is inserted into a space of the lead 4, the tip part 27B acts as a guide so that it can be precisely inserted into the space of each lead 4. By partitioning each lead 4 by a partition member 27 deteriorated in solder adhesion, the solder melted in each lead 4 concentrates on the corresponding lead 4 and land without flowing to the neighboring leads 4. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a generation of solder bridges among the respective leads 4.
