Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which is advantageous in terms of the reduction of cost and miniaturization, even though it incorporates a stroboscope device and performs bounce photography.
SOLUTION: A reflection mechanism 20 is provided at the front spot of a case 102 on the lower side of a stroboscopic window 11, and has a reflection mirror 22, a 1st arm 24 and a 2nd arm 26. By rocking the 1st and the 2nd arms 24 and 26 and superposing them on the front of the case 102, as shown by Fig. (A), the mirror 22 is moved to a retreat position, where it retreats from the optical path of auxiliary light. By rocking the 1st and the 2nd arms 24 and 26 upward as shown by Fig. (B), the mirror 22 is positioned on the optical path of the auxiliary light and moved to a bounce position, where it reflects the auxiliary light to a direction (upward) at a distance from a subject.
