SOLUTION: Electronic elements 1 housed in a housing 9 are coated with a resin material 10 having an ultraviolet hardening-thermosetting combined solder resist property and the resin material is hardened. The material 10 deposited on at least land-connecting faces of the terminals 3 of each element 10 is cleaned.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a metal mask an external elastic force and enable attachment to perform in a short period of time by providing a metal mask retaining piece on each side of a rectangular form plate frame, and thus retaining a printing pattern forming metal mask having bending work attachment parts. SOLUTION: A metal mask retaining piece 4 is secured on each side of a rectangular form plate frame 2, and each retaining piece 4 retains a metal mask 3 detachably to be always pressed outward. The metal mask 3 has square planed and bent attachment parts 6 and printing pattern 8 formed therein. The metal mask retaining piece 4 has a pair of rotatable and slidable rotation plates 12 on the upper surface of each frame 2 side and a pressing rod 14 at the tip end of the rotation plate. The mask 3 used for printing is set on the frame 2 to be positioned inside of the attachment part of the mask 3 through respective rotation of the pressing rod 14 of the retaining piece 4. After that, the mask 3 is pressed outward by the pressing rod 14.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the easy manufacturing, mounting and transporting of a metal mask printing plate by a method wherein mounting pieces, each of which is produced by bending the outer peripheral piece of a metal mask nearly normal, the inserted in mounted piece insertion groves formed on the respective frame sides so as to be pressingly fixed with slidingly fixing members. SOLUTION: Under the state that a printing plate frame 2 under the state being turned upside down is arranged on a table, after a metal mask 3 to be used in turned upside down, mounting pieces 10 are inserted in mounting piece insertion grooves 6. Next, by threadingly tightening fixing bolts 22, slidingly fixing members 21 slide on the engaging pieces of fixing members 16 so as to pressingly fix the mounting pieces 10 of the metal mask 3 inserted in the mounting piece insertion grooves 6. Under the state just mentioned above, the metal mask 3 is brought into a state being tensed to four directions by a predetermined tensile force and to a usable state by being set on a press. Thus, the metal mask can easily be used under the state being tensed and mounted on the printing plate frame, resulting in realizing the easy manufacturing, mounting and transporting of the metal mask printing plate.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal mask printing plate enabling execution of manufacture, fitting, removal and transport with ease and at a low cost. SOLUTION: This metal mask printing plate is constituted of holding piece insertion grooves 8 shaped to be long which are formed in frame sides of a printing plate frame 3 respectively and into which holding pieces wherein fitting pieces 6 of a metal mask 2 are inserted and fixed are inserted, long-hole shaped locking device insertion grooves 9 which are so formed in inside portions as to communicate with the holding piece insertion grooves 8 formed in one longitudinal frame side and one lateral frame side of the printing plate frame 3, slide members 24 which are fitted slidably on the inside wall surfaces of the locking device insertion grooves 9 respectively and have engaging pieces on the outside surfaces, slide fixing members 27 which slide outward in the locking device insertion grooves 9 of the slide members 24 and the outside surfaces press the holding pieces outward to fix the fitting pieces of the metal mask 2 and at least one or more locking devices 35 which make the slide members 24 slide to prescribed positions and fix them thereat respectively.
