Abstract: The memory elements (ELE0-ELE511) in the sub-array are coupled to each other such that data content of the element is rotated by shifts. A sub-array selector (203) selects one of the sub-array according to memory address (111) and enables access to the selected sub-array. An access circuit accesses prescribed memory element in the selected sub-array based on another address, after prescribed number of shifts.
