Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device configured to operate in a first mode of operation, during which the device is configured to receive a first supply voltage (VAC) in a contactless manner, the device comprising a light emitting element (LED1, LED2) and a first circuit (28), the first circuit (28) being configured to receive a second supply voltage (VCC_OUT) generated from the first supply voltage (VAC), the light emitting element (LED1, LED2) being configured to receive a first current (I_LED) generated from the first supply voltage (VAC) and independent from the second voltage (VCC_OUT).
