Abstract:
Described herein is a process for estimating membership regions of objects in non-structured environments, of the type that envisages the operations of:
sending scanning signals (S) in the direction of one or more objects (O); receiving reflected signals (I) from said one or more objects (O); analysing characteristics (f1, f2, f3) of said reflected signals (I) with respect to characteristics (f1, f2, f3) of said scanning signals (S) to obtain information on a membership region (d, DR) of said one or more objects (O) in said environments,
said process being characterized in that
said operation of sending scanning signals (S) envisages sending a plurality of scanning signals (S1, S2, S3) associated to a plurality of different frequencies (f1, f2, f3); and said operation of analysing characteristics (f1, f2, f3) of reflected signals (I) envisages selecting components (U1, U2, U3) of said reflected signals (I) with respect to said plurality of different frequencies (f1, f2, f3).
