The invention relates to a circuit device (1) for driving an AC electric load (3), of the type inserted between a terminal of an AC power supply line and a terminal of the electric load to be driven and including a generator (8) of PWM signals to be transferred to the load. This circuit (1) is an AC/AC converter adapted to power supply the load (3) from any level of the power supply line sinusoid and comprising first and second voltage driven switches (Z1, Z2), the first switch (Z1) to power supply the load (3) and the second switch (Z2) to enable loop-back of the current. The switches (Z1, Z2) always operate in a complementary manner, i.e. when the first switch (Z1) is on, the other (Z2) is off, and vice versa.

The invention relates to a circuit device (1) for driving an A.C. electric load (M), which device is of the type incorporating a rectifying bridge (2) having a first input (A) connected to one terminal (H) of the electric load (M) and a second input (A') connected to an plug (5) of an A.C. mains supply, the rectifying bridge (2) having output terminals (B,B') connected to a power switch (3) which is controlled by an electric signal (PWM). The device comprises a first circuit loop-back path (7) connected in parallel to the electric load (M) and a second circuit loop-back path (8) connected in parallel to the electric load (M), the first (7) and second (8) paths being alternately activated by the positive and negative half-waves of the mains supply when the switch (3) is in its "off" state.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and a device for recognising and warning of the level of fullness of a waste container (5) in a suction system driven by a motor (3) and provided with an internal chamber (4) kept under suction pressure and comprising the waste container (5). The method foresees a measurement of the difference of pressure between the internal chamber (4) and the environment outside the vacuum cleaner and an elaboration of such measurement according to a set of rules in fuzzy logic for producing an electric warning signal corresponding to the filling level of the waste container (5).
