Abstract: A power amplifier (30) formed by a plurality of pairs (39) of transistors (40, 41), each pair comprising a first transistor and a second transistor having each a respective input terminal and a respective output terminal. The output terminals of the first and second transistors of each pair are connected to an output distributed active transformer (32) connected to a differential output (48) of the power amplifier.
