Abstract:
The invention relates to a paving stone which comprises at least four lateral faces (2), an upper face (3) and a lower face (6). The inventive paving stone is characterized in that a recess (8) is provided in at least one lateral face and extends, starting from the upper face (3), a predetermined stretch in the direction of the lower face (6) so that a joint (7) is produced in the area of the recess (8) between the paving stones when the lateral face (2) of the paving stone is placed against the lateral face of an adjoining paving stone.
Abstract:
The method for laying paving uses slabs (1) with grooves (8) along two opposite edges, in which heating pipes (9) are laid. End slabs (10) with curved outer edges are laid at opposite ends of adjacent rows which also have grooves (8') in the curved edges. This allows the direction of the pipe to be reversed at the end of each row. An independent claim is included for slabs for use in the method.
Abstract:
A stone block for creating curved walls or for laying curved paving patterns has a basic trapezium shape (10) with evenly angles sides and with integral break lines (5 to 8) to create smaller divisions of the parent block. The block is broken or cut along the break lines. The blocks can be made of natural stone, concrete or other suitable materials. The break lines can be used as a decorative feature and are between 0.5 and 10 mm deep. The parallel sides of the trapezium have lengths of about 10 to 30 cm for the smaller end and about 30 to 40 cm for the larger end. The sloping sides are about 125 cm long.
Abstract:
Production of a molded stone comprises using a molding frame (1) having a cavity (11, 12) formed by separating walls (13, 14) with extension units (15) which are actuated before inserting the composition into the cavity. The extension units are pulled back into the non-extended position before the molding frame is lifted from the finished surface. An independent claim is also included for a device for producing a molded brick. Preferred Features: The extension units are arranged in a recess (14) of the separating walls. The recess is arranged in the end region of the separating walls facing the finished surface.
Abstract:
The arrangement has a vibrating plate (15) fixed between a ground underneath (U) on which a road roller (1) travels, and a roller (9) of the roller (1) that is made to vibrate. The roller (9) is fixed such that the vibration of the roller (9) is transmitted to the plate, and then transmitted to the underneath from the plate. The plate is fastened to a mounting part (16) with a fastening mechanism (17).
Abstract:
Street-watering slide valve for actuating gas and water sluice valves with a telescopic linkage which is to be connected, at the lower end, to the slide-valve stem in a rotationally fixed manner and which - surrounded by protective tubes - terminates at the top in a surface box which is provided with a releasable cover. The telescopic portions of the telescopic linkage can be displaced freely with respect to one another in the longitudinal direction and the uppermost telescopic portion is suspended in the surface box in the same way as the upper portion of the protective tube, it being possible for at least the telescopic portion to rotate freely with respect to the surface box.
Abstract:
The device has a lifting device selectively lifting stones from a plane, and a machining device (7) for machining edges and surfaces of the lifted stones. The machining device is arranged above the stones and has a cutting and/or grinding tool (9), which executes a turning movement such that the tool is guided over edges and/or surfaces of the stones below a changing angle in a direction of motion. The machining device has a rotating part (8) rotating around an axis (10), where the tool is fastened to the part of the machining device.
Abstract:
The paving stone (1) has a recess (8) which is provided in lateral face (2) and extends, starting from upper face (3), a predetermined stretch in the direction of lower face. This produces a joint (7) in the area of recess between the paving stones when the lateral face of paving stone is placed against the lateral face of adjoining paving stone. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) Method for production of paving stones; and (B) Transportation arrangement for executing the method.
Abstract:
Production of paving stones comprises passing the paving stones (10) into a processing station (B) using a transport unit (12), aligning the upper end regions of the stones in the transporting direction of the transport unit and removing the stones arranged in rows. The stones have a width in their upper regions which is less than the width of the stones in their lower regions. The upper longitudinal edges of the stones are broken in a further processing station (A) and the stones are processed on their other longitudinal edges rotated about 90[deg].
