    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a blank for forming an insert for a package, the blank comprising a paper-based layer, and an insulating layer, the paper- based layer comprising a first set of panels and a second set of panels being arranged side by side as seen in a transversal direction. The first set of panels comprising a first and second side wall panel and a first bottom panel, and the second set of panels comprising a third and fourth side wall panel and a second bottom panel. The first and second bottom panels being connected to each other by at least a triangular subpanel at least partly formed in one of the first and second bottom panels, the triangular subpanel having one side thereof being formed by a cut and one side thereof being formed by a fold line, whereby one of the first and second bottom panel being configured to be positioned on top of and in a rotated position relative to the other of the first and second bottom panel. The disclosure also relates to a package insert and a package.

    Abstract: A blank for forming a package having an integrated buffer, the blank comprising: a base panel (101), and at least a first set of a plurality of buffer panels (102a-d) connected to a first end (101a) of the base panel (101) and arranged one after the other along a longitudinal direction (L) and being connected to the base panel (101) and each other along transversely extending fold lines (110a-d), wherein the buffer panels (102a-d) are configured to be folded inwardly in a first folding direction (A) relative to the base panel (101) and relative to each other in said first folding direction (A) to form a coil, wherein at least two of the buffer panels (102c, 102d) are provided with tabs (103) and wherein the base panel (101) and the plurality of buffer panels (102a-d) are provided with at least two associated recesses (104) configured to receive said tabs (103) thereby providing a nested dual locking mechanism as the buffer panels (102a-d) are folded into said coil. A package is also disclosed.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a blank (100) configured to form a package (10) being capable of assuming a flattened state (200) and a box state (600). The blank (100) comprises a bottom panel (102), two opposing side wall panels (104, 105), two opposing sets of end wall panels (106, 107) and a set of corner panels (108), wherein each set of end wall panels (106, 107) comprises a first and a second end wall panel (106, 107a, 106b, 107b). Each second end wall panel (106b, 107b) comprises a locking tab (116, 117) and each set of corner panels (108) comprises a cut-out (128) being configured to receive the locking tab (116, 117) of the respective second end wall panel (106b, 107b) and thereby provide a locking mechanism keeping the package (10) formed from the blank (100) in the flattened state (200). The invention also relates to methods for moving a package from one state to another.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a blank (10) configured to be erected into a box (20), the blank (10) comprising a main panel (A1), two oppositely arranged side wall panels (A2, A3), and two oppositely arranged end wall panels (A4, A5).
