    Abstract: A process which comprises: a first coating step in which a first liquid is applied to the surface of a high-temperature mandrel bar immediately after preceding stretching/rolling to thereby form a water-resistant coating film; a water-cooling step in which the mandrel bar which has undergone the first coating step is cooled with water; a second coating step in which a second liquid is applied to the mandrel bar surface which has undergone the water-cooling step to thereby infiltrate the second liquid into the water-resistant coating film and impart high-temperature adhesion; and a stretching/rolling step, wherein in this stretching/rolling step, the stretching/rolling of a hollow shell with this mandrel bar is initiated within 10 seconds after the second coating step.

    Abstract: Se puede evitar la expansión del tubo mediante el punzonado y laminado de un tocho de acero de alta aleación calentado a una temperatura de entre 900 a 1250°C con una punzonadora equipada con rodillos principales que tienen una rugosidad superficial Rmax de 150 a 500 um. Una proporción (el espacio Wg de los rodillos guía/el espacio Wr de los rodillos principales) es de preferencia entre 1.10 y 1.20. La diferencia (Op - Or) se establece de preferencia entre 0 a 3.0°, donde Or es el ángulo entre una superficie de salida de cada uno de los rodillos principales de la punzonadora y la línea de paso; y Or es un ángulo entre una superficie de laminado del mandril punzonador y la línea de paso.
