Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation apparatus, for the usage strength of a tent pole, by which the strength corresponding to the actual usage state of the tent pole can be evaluated more simply. SOLUTION: A pair of chuck members 2, 2 which are attached onto a base 1 at a prescribed interval and which holds both ends of an arc-shaped tent pole 3 are provided. A pulling means 9 which is installed at the base 1 so that the prescribed intermediate place of the tent pole 3 both ends of which are held by the pair of chuck members 2, 2 is pulled downward is provided. A measuring means 8 which measures a tensile force by the pulling means 9 is provided. A position in which at least one out of the pair of chuck members 2, 2 is attached onto the base 1 is constituted so as to be freely selected and changed.

SOLUTION: The tire vulcanizing machine is constituted so as to vulcanize the green tire R by a lower mold 1 and a rising and falling upper mold 2 and equipped with a moving device 3 for reciprocating the lower mold 1 to a tire supply position A and a tire vulcanizing position B in a horizontal direction. A carrying out device 7 for carrying out a vulcanized tire T is connected to the lower mold 1 and, when the green tire R is mounted on the lower mold 1 at the tire supply position A, the vulcanized tire T is pushed down from the upper mold 2 set to a rising position at the tire vulcanizing position B to be allowed to fall to the carrying out device 7.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting a green tire which enables the mounting of a bead part of the green tire by coincidance with a seating part of a bead ring in a vulcanizing machine. SOLUTION: The method for mounting the green tire comprises mounting the outer surface portions 2a and 2a or the periphery surface portions 2c and 2c of a pair of bead parts 2 and 2 of the green tire T on a pair of bead rings 1 and 1 in the tire vulcanizing machine S. The bead ring 1 and the bead part 2 are disposed in a proximity condition, so that in a cavity part 3 of the green tire T, a pressing member 4 which freely expand and contract in a radial direction moves toward the bead ring 1 in a condition of expanding a diameter thereof. Thus, the pressing member 4 presses the inner surface portion 2b of the bead part 2, and the outer surface portion 2a or the periphery surface portion 2c of the bead part 2 is seated so as to coincide with the beat ring 1. Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a process for producing a golf club head capable of rapidly chucking the golf club head at the time of working, exactly boring a shaft insertion hole at the axial center of a neck part and shortening working time. CONSTITUTION:The center hole is bored by a center drill at the center of the end face of the neck part 4 of a head blank 1 formed by forging or casting. The outer peripheral surface of the neck part 4 is machined to form a circular columnar part 13 in the state of pressing a tail stock to the center hole. Next, the outer peripheral surface of this circular columnar part 13 is clamped by chucking pawls 18, 18 and the front end of the neck part 4 having the center hole is cut away by the prescribed length. The circular columnar part 13 is thereafter bored with the shaft insertion hole 20 along the axial center L1 by a drill 19 and the end face is worked to a circular recessed shape by another drill.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable mixing of mixed liquids and washing of an injecting path to be performed simply and surely by installing an injecting bath and a washing bath on a transporting carriage, and these injecting bath and washing bath are moved to left and right directions and made for coming up and down, and thus shifting them to a first, second, and third position successively. CONSTITUTION:A pressure supplying pipe 28 communicated to a pressure gas source penetrated through a pressurizing cover 27 and an injecting pipe 29 communicated to a mold 40 are attached, and a transporting carriage 16 is provided reciprocally on the lower position of the discharge opening of a liquid supplying pipe 21 and the pressurizing cover. In accordance with movement of the transporting carriage 16 and coming up and down of the upper board 32, a material is supplied from a plurality of material baths 13A, 13B to an injecting bath 17 and mixed by means of a peller agitator 24 at the first position. And, at the second position, the injecting bath 17 is sealed with the pressurizing cover 27, and the inner part mixed liquid is injected into the side of a mold 40 by giving pressure into the injecting bath 17, at the same time, washing liquid is supplied into a washing bath 18 from a liquid supplying pipe 21C. At the third position, a washing bath 18 is sealed with the pressurizing cover 27, and the inner washing liquid is circulated to a waste liquid tank 42 by giving pressure into the washing bath via the injecting pipe 29, thereby washing the injecting path.

Besides, the horizontal member 5 is provided with height detecting means 21 which are disposed in a plurality at prescribed pitches, or so disposed as to be movable in a reciprocating manner, along the longitudinal direction of the member and detect the height position of the surface of the road 1 in relation to the horizontal member 5. According to this constitution, the height position of the surface of the road 1 in relation to the horizontal member 5 being always kept horizontal can be detected at prescribed pitches or continuously along the longitudinal direction of the horizontal member 5 and the shape of the surface in the lateral direction (the direction intersecting the longitudinal direction perpendicularly) of the road can be measured.

SOLUTION: The bag 1 for pressurized sealing is in a structure wherein a film-like check valve 2 for induction of fluid is welded or made weldable to the inside of an opening of the bag 1. The film-like check valve 2 comprises an unsealed part serving as a passage 22 running from the upper end to the lower end and a sealed part 21 for forming the passage 22.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate gas leakage and to permanently maintain inner pressure by sealing a bung hole from the outside after a required pressure is attained, by using a simply structured valve which can change inner pressure stepwise using room temperature gas. SOLUTION: For gas injection, an inside sheet piece 4 is adhered to the bung hole 3 of this packaging container 1 from its inside face. Then room temperature pressurized gas is injected from the bung hole 3 for raising the inner pressure of the packaging container 1. In a pressurized condition where pressurization is not more than required, the inside sheet piece 4 is pressure welded to the bung hole 3 for making it an apparently sealed condition. Then the outside shape of the packaging container 1 is processed to be formed in a predetermined shape, and then is pressurized to a required level. After that the bung hole 3 is sealed outwardly using an outer seal piece 5 to make it a completely sealed condition.
