Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to the allocation of radio resources by a transmitting user equipment to perform a plurality of direct SL transmissions to one or more receiving user equipments. The allocation of radio resources within a SC period is restricted, for the SC period, by a maximum number of SL processes with which a transmitting user equipment is configured. A plurality of SL grants is acquired. Among the acquired SL grants a number of those SL grants is selected that have most recently been acquired before the start of the subsequent SC period. A plurality of SL processes is associated such that each of the plurality of SL process is associated with a different one of the selected number of SL grants. For each of the plurality of the SL processes, the radio resources are allocated. Each of the plurality of SL transmissions comprises at least one SCI transmission and at least one data transmission over the SL interface.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for dynamically indicating a TDD re-configuration to the mobile station by encoding the dynamic TDD re-configuration indication into the DCI or CRC calculated for the DCI. In one embodiment, the TDD configuration indication is implicitly encoded as an RNTI into the CRC, when scrambling the CRC for the DCI with a TDD-RNTI. In another embodiment, the TDD configuration indication is part of the DCI payload, while the CRC for the DCI is scrambled with a cell identifier, identifying the target cell for which the dynamic TDD re-configuration is to be applied. In still another embodiment, the TDD configuration indication is part of the DCI payload, where the DCI payload further includes an invalid parameter indicating to the mobile station that the DCI carries the TDD configuration indication.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a power control method in device to device (D2D) communication and a user equipment for performing the power control method. The method includes computing a power value of device to device (D2D) transmission of a user equipment performing D2D communication in a subframe in a serving cell, based on a power control adjustment state of a Long Term Evolution (LTE) wide area network (WAN) uplink channel of the user equipment and an offset or a ratio indicated by a transmit power control (TPC) command indicated in D2D grant or downlink control information (DCI) format 3/3A.
Abstract:
Abstract The invention relates to a method for allocating radio resources to a transmitting terminal for performing direct communication transmission over a direct link connection. The transmitting terminal receives a system information broadcast from the base station, which comprises 5 information on a temporary transmission radio resource pool, indicating radio resources for performing a direct communication transmission, and comprises configuration information on the resource pool to limit the amount of time that the temporary radio resource pool is usable by the transmitting terminal.
