    Abstract: Each anchoring organ (1) is provided with a base (10) which has active surface (11, 11a) on one side for coupling with a portion of surface to which it is to be fixed, and which on another side has means (14) for gripping the anchoring organ (1). A predetermined quantity of a glue (3) is predisposed on the active surface (11, 11a) or on the portion of surface on which the active surface (11, 11a) is to be coupled, the glue (3) being activated only following a subjection thereof to a mechanical action. A deformable ring (4) couples on an external lateral surface of a short tract of projecting tubular element (12) which is solidly constrained to the base (10), the deformable ring (4) being destined to be coupled, with a predetermined amount of play, in a corresponding hollow seating (20) of the portion of surface which hollow seating (20) has a circular crown shape. The deformable ring (4) is fixed to a support (5) which is constrained to the anchoring organ (1) by means activatable externally of the means, which means enable movement of the deformable ring (4) from at least an inactive first position, in which the deformable ring (4) is not coupled or is coupled but only on a small part of the external lateral surface of the short tract of projecting tubular element (12), to an active second position, at which the deformable ring (4) is coupled on a large part of the external lateral surface of the short tract of projecting tubular element (12).
