PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic heterocyclic bisamide derivative.SOLUTION: Novel heterocyclic compounds represented by formula (I), or salts of the heterocyclic compounds or N-oxides of the heterocyclic compounds are provided. Further, methods of preparing the compounds represented by the formula (I), insecticidal, acaricidal, molluscicidal and nematicidal compositions comprising them, and methods of using them to combat and suppress insect, acarine, mollusc and nematode pests are provided.
