    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate; a circuit layer; and an element layer. The circuit layer includes data pad lines disposed in a second sub-region and electrically connecting between data lines and a display driving circuit; data dummy lines disposed in the second sub-region, extending from a bending region, and spaced apart from the display driving circuit; and read-out pad lines disposed in the second sub-region and electrically connecting between read-out lines and a scan driving circuit. The second sub-region includes a first line group region in which the data pad lines are disposed; second line group regions in which the data dummy lines are disposed; and a third line group region in which the read-out pad lines are disposed. At least a portion of the third line group region overlaps the second line group regions.

    Abstract: A display device includes first, second, and third sub-pixels arranged in a first direction and including a pixel circuit. A photo-sensing pixel includes a sensor circuit. A first data line connected to the first sub-pixel extends in a second direction. A second data line connects to the second sub-pixel and extends in the second direction. A third data line connects to the third sub-pixel and extends in the second direction. A readout line connected to the photo-sensing pixel extends in the second direction. A first additional line connects to the photo-sensing pixel and extends in the second direction and receives a reset voltage. The first additional line is disposed in the same layer as the first, second, and third data lines. The readout line is disposed on a different layer from the first, second, and third data lines, and the first additional line.

    Abstract: There are provided a display device and an electronic device. The display device comprises a substrate, a circuit layer, and an element layer. A sub-region of the substrate comprises a bending region. A display area of the substrate comprises emission areas, a non-emission area between the emission areas, and light sensing areas in portions of the non-emission area. The element layer comprises light emitting elements in the emission areas, and light sensing elements in the light sensing areas. The circuit layer comprises data bending lines disposed in the bending region and electrically connected to data lines; and read-out bending lines disposed in the bending region and electrically connected to read-out lines. The bending region comprises first wiring group areas in which two or more of the data bending lines are disposed; and second wiring group areas in which two or more of the read-out bending lines are disposed.
