    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, a circuit board coupled to the display panel, and a metal pattern. The display panel includes a base layer including a pad electrode exposed through an opening, and a circuit layer disposed on the base layer and including at least one signal line electrically connected to the pad electrode. The circuit board includes a base film including a first part having a first thickness and a second part having a second thickness that is greater than the first thickness, and a bump electrode disposed on the first part. The first part is disposed between the pad electrode and the bump electrode, and the metal pattern is disposed on the pad electrode and the bump electrode and electrically connects the pad electrode and the bump electrode to each other.
