A method of executing a function in response to a touch input by a user on a touch screen and an electronic device implementing the same is provided. The method of processing an object through an electronic device includes displaying a plurality of objects through a display functionally connected to the electronic device. The method of processing the object through an electronic device also includes obtaining an input corresponding to a first object among the plurality of objects. The method of processing the object through an electronic device further includes determining a second object related to the input among the plurality of objects. The method of processing the object through an electronic device includes displaying execution information of a function corresponding to the first object and object information related to the second object through the display.

The processor implements the method, including: controlling the display to display a plurality of elements on the display, receiving a user input requesting resizing of the display area, in response to the user input, identifying a core element among the displayed plurality of elements, resizing the display area based on the received user input and the identified core element, wherein a first window in which the core element is displayed is resized in proportion to resizing of the display area.

According to various embodiments, an electronic device may include: a housing including an inner space; a slide structure including a reciprocating slide configured to be slidable from the housing by a predetermined reciprocating distance along a first direction; a flexible display at least partially supported by the slide structure and configured to be received in the inner space to be at least partially invisible from the outside in a slide-in state of the electronic device; and a first friction reducing structure disposed between the housing and the slide structure. The first friction reducing structure may include: a guide slit disposed in the housing in a direction parallel to the first direction and having a predetermined length; a guide protrusion configured to be guided by the guide slit in the slide structure; at least one first magnet disposed on the guide slit; and at least one second magnet disposed on the guide protrusion at a position affected by the magnetic force of the first magnet.
