    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods of operating non-volatile memory devices. An example read operation method of a non-volatile memory device includes applying a first read voltage, generated from a voltage generator, to a selected wordline, performing a first sensing node develop operation associated with the first read voltage, and performing a first sensing operation associated with the first read voltage. While the first sensing node develop operation is performed, the voltage generator generates a second read voltage based on the selected wordline being disconnected from the voltage generator and thereby being floated.

    Abstract: A mixer includes a load portion connected between an input terminal of a first power voltage and an output terminal of the radio frequency transmit signal and configured to adjust a magnitude of the radio frequency transmit signal, a first switching unit connected to an output terminal of the radio frequency transmit signal, and configured to perform a first switching operation in response to a plurality of local oscillation signals, and a second switching unit connected between the first switching unit and an input terminal of a second power voltage, lower than the first power voltage, and configured to perform a second switching operation in response to a plurality of baseband signals, the plurality of local oscillation signals include an I+ baseband signal, an I− baseband signal, a Q+ baseband signal, and a Q− baseband signal, and the second switching unit includes a first branch performing a switching operation under control of the I+ baseband signal and the Q+ baseband signal, a second branch performing a switching operation under control of the I− baseband signal and the Q− baseband signal, a third branch performing a switching operation under control of the Q+ baseband signal and the I− baseband signal, and a fourth branch performing a switching operation under control of the Q− baseband signal and the I+ baseband signal.

    Abstract: A transmitter device which transmits a first transmit signal and a second transmit signal having different wireless communication standards. The transmitter device includes a power amplifier that amplifies the first transmit signal in a first transmission mode. A first impedance circuit provides the amplified first transmit signal to a radio frequency output port. A second impedance circuit is connected to the first impedance circuit and provides an additional impedance to the first impedance circuit in the first transmission mode. A first switch provides the second transmit signal to the first impedance circuit in a second transmission mode. A second switch connects the second impedance circuit and a ground in the first transmission mode, and floats the second impedance circuit in the second transmission mode.

    Abstract: An electronic device may include first through fourth current generators. The first current generator may be configured to output first and second mirroring currents. The second current generator may be configured to output third and fourth mirroring currents. The third current generator may be configured to generate a fifth mirroring current having a current slope proportional to a current slope of the first mirroring current and output a first current having a level of a value obtained by subtracting a level of the fifth mirroring current from a level of the second mirroring current. The fourth current generator may be configured to generate a sixth mirroring current having a current slope proportional to a current slope of the fourth mirroring current and output a second current having a level of a value obtained by subtracting a level of the sixth mirroring current from a level of the third mirroring current.
