Abstract: An electronic device and an operating method of an electronic device are provided. The electronic device receives, from a first server, access information about a second server for accessing the second server, receives access information about a third server from the second server accessed based on the access information about the second server, in response to a service connection request using the third server of an application, checks the validity of the application based on data for verifying the validity of the application included in the access information about the third server, and performs the service by accessing the third server based on the result of identifying the validity of the application.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods of operating non-volatile memory devices. An example read operation method of a non-volatile memory device includes applying a first read voltage, generated from a voltage generator, to a selected wordline, performing a first sensing node develop operation associated with the first read voltage, and performing a first sensing operation associated with the first read voltage. While the first sensing node develop operation is performed, the voltage generator generates a second read voltage based on the selected wordline being disconnected from the voltage generator and thereby being floated.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the disclosure relate to a device and a method for modifying a UPF in an electronic device. The electronic device may include: a communication circuit and a processor. The processor may be configured to: perform data communication through a PDU session and IP address 1, identify IP address 2 of the PDU session related to modification of the UPF, identify an RTT in which the IP address 1 is used and an RTT in which the IP address 2 is used, in a state in which the IP address 1 and the IP address 2 of the PDU session are allocated, modify the data path to IP address 2, based on a result of comparing the RTT in which IP address 1 is used and the RTT in which IP address 2 is used, prior to expiration of a valid lifetime of IP address 1, and release the IP address 1 based on modification of the data path to the IP address 2.

Abstract: A transmitter device which transmits a first transmit signal and a second transmit signal having different wireless communication standards. The transmitter device includes a power amplifier that amplifies the first transmit signal in a first transmission mode. A first impedance circuit provides the amplified first transmit signal to a radio frequency output port. A second impedance circuit is connected to the first impedance circuit and provides an additional impedance to the first impedance circuit in the first transmission mode. A first switch provides the second transmit signal to the first impedance circuit in a second transmission mode. A second switch connects the second impedance circuit and a ground in the first transmission mode, and floats the second impedance circuit in the second transmission mode.
