Abstract: Support and adjustment device (A) of a trolley (C) for sliding doors or panels (P) comprising a support bracket (1) for a trolley (C) that is shaped as an overturned L, and a horizontal slide (2) coupled, by means of tapper-cam type coupling means (CP) with a stem (3) constrained in the upper part to the trolley (C); wherein said slide (2) is associated with a threaded bar (6) with horizontal axis, provided with a maneuvering head (6a) contained inside a housing (7) obtained on the support bracket (1) in such manner that a rotation of said threaded bar corresponds to a translation of the slide (2).
