Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify a device by raking a take-up reel base by allowing a brake lever giving a moderate braking to the take-up reel base to interlock with an oscillating gear rotating a supply reel base and the take-up reel base. CONSTITUTION:A driving gear 11 is provided with a small diameter gear 11a and a large diameter pulley 11b, and the oscillating gear 14 is engaged to the small diameter gear 11a. Between the large diameter pulley 11b and the pulley 9a of a gear 9 engaged to the gear 8a of a motor 8 through two pieces of intermediate gears 8b 8c, an annular planar timing belt 10 is extended and provided, and in approximately the center of a supporting arm 13, the oscillating gear 14 is supported so as to be freely rotatable by a pin 13a. The side part of a take-up reel base 2 side of the supporting arm 13 is projected to the gear 6 side of the reel base 2, and in this projecting part 13b and on a chassis 1 being near the reel base 2, both end parts 16a, 16b of a braking lever 16 are supported pivotally with a pin, respectively. This raking lever 16 is formed roughly in a chevron shape, and to the side part of the outer peripheral side of its reel base 1, an engaging claw 16c which is detained and detached to and from the gear 6 of the reel base 2 is projected.
