Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the intervals of folding lines formed in a screen on front and rear sides of the screen, and to expand a range of materials used for the screen.SOLUTION: A pleated screen includes: a first pitch holding cord suspended on a screen 2; a second pitch holding cord suspended on the screen 2; a front side holding part provided in the first pitch holding cord, and supporting the screen 2 on the front side thereof by engaging with the front side in the screen; and a rear side holding part provided in the second pitch holding cord, and supporting the screen 2 on the rear side thereof by engaging with the rear side in the screen. The first pitch holding cord and the second pitch holding cord are independent of each other, and the front side holding part and the rear side holding part support mutually different positions in a lateral direction which is a direction in which folding lines 9 formed in the screen extends.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal blind capable of improving opacity while enabling a slat to be smoothly rotated, the horizontal blind being drooped along a warp thread of a ladder cord without inserting a lifting cord through the slat.SOLUTION: A ladder cord is drooped from a headbox at an interval narrower than a diameter of a suspension drum 19 of the ladder cord. First lifting cords 16a, 16c drooped in any one of front and rear directions of a slat are drooped while being offset from an outer peripheral surface of the suspension drum 19 to a center side of the suspension drum, at a position where the lifting cords are longitudinally aligned with a warp thread 17a of one of the ladder cords, by guide means 27a, 27b. A second lifting cord 16b which is drooped in the other direction is drooped along the same outer peripheral surface as that of the suspension drum 19 or radially outside from the outer peripheral surface, and an interval between the second lifting cord and the first lifting cords 16a, 16b is set to such an interval as not to disturb the rotation of the slat.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pleat fabric which can prevent its manufacturing process from being complicated and prevent its beautiful appearance from being spoiled.SOLUTION: There is provided a pleat fabric being characterized in that in the folds 3 of a pleat fabric 2 foldable in a zigzag form, at least two pairs of cuts 4 in a direction perpendicular to the folds are provided, and the folds 3 between the cuts 4 are bended in a direction opposite to a bended direction of the folds to form holding portions 5, and support rods 6a and 6b are inserted into the holding portions 5 so as to be held along the folds 3.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal blind which can prevent friction between a riser cord and a slat.SOLUTION: The transverse cords of each level of a ladder cord 2 are formed by two transverse cords 6a, 6b, an intersecting section 7 being formed on the transverse cords, a slat 1 being inserted between the intersecting section 7 and one of the vertical cords 5b of the ladder cord 2, a riser cord 8 being inserted between the intersecting section 7 and the other vertical cord 5a and between the transverse cords 6a, 6b.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder cord manufacturing device capable of accurately forming different weft pitches in each warp of a ladder cord.SOLUTION: A storage groove 2 for forming a ladder cord in a mold comprises first and second warp grooves 3a, 3b containing the ladder cord warp, a weft groove 4 communicated to the first and second warp grooves and containing the ladder cord weft, and pitch forming means 3a, 3b for forming different pitches in the weft groove 4 for the first warp groove 3a and the weft groove 4 for the second warp groove 3b.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pleat screen which is easy to manufacture and can reduce irregularity in interval among folds.SOLUTION: There is provided a pleat screen that includes a screen which is suspended from a head box and can be folded in a vertical direction, a bottom rail which is arranged at a lower end of the screen, an elevation cord which is drooped from the head box to support the bottom rail, and operated from the side of the head box to elevate the screen, and a height holding cord which is drooped from the head box and has a lock part, the height holding cord holds the height of a lock position of the screen by locking the lock part to the screen at a predetermined position of the screen after the lock part penetrates the screen a plurality of times.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder cord manufacturing apparatus which realises an easy manufacturing of the ladder cord including a plurality of pitch differences of a weft on each warp of the ladder cord.SOLUTION: The ladder cord manufacturing apparatus comprises a first die 1 for forming a pitch of a weft 5 on one warp of a ladder cord 3 and a second die 2 for forming a pitch of the weft 5 on the other warp of the ladder cord 3 independently. The first die 1 comprises a roller part 6 for transferring the ladder cord 3 by engaging with the weft 5 of the ladder cord 3, a forming tooth die 7 formed on the roller part 6 for forming a pitch on the one warp 5, and a heating means 8 for heating the one warp side of the forming tooth die 7. The second die 2 comprises a roller part 9 for transferring the ladder cord 3 by engaging with the weft 5 of the ladder cord 3, a forming tooth die 10 formed on the roller part 9 for forming a pitch on the other warp, and a heating means 11 for heating the other warp side of the forming tooth die 10.
