Abstract: PURPOSE:To miniaturize a hanger rail and prevent the abrasion of a slat by making the angle of the slat adjustable without using a tilt shaft. CONSTITUTION:A slat drive shaft is rotatably supported on a runner in a hanger rail 1. A slat is supported on each slat drive shaft, and one end of an arm is fitted at the upper end. A tilt rail 8 is coupled with the other end of each arm. A rack 10 is meshed with a gear 9 rotatively driven by a driving device. The base end of the tilt rail 8 is connected to the rack 10 via a connecting rod 12, and the tilt rail 8 is moved in the longitudinal direction of the hanger rail 1 and moved in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction by the movement of the rack 10. A tilt guide is provided with a guiding means moving the tilt rail 8 in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the hanger rail 1, and the slat can be rotated when the arm is rotated based on the movement of the tilt rail 8.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent mechanical breakage even in case a sensing means for the slat rotating angle has gone in failure. CONSTITUTION:A stepping motor 54 is mounted on a motor mounting plate 52 which is installed in a tilt case 4, and a rack 56 is meshed with a gear 55 mounted on the output shaft of the stepping motor 54. A slat rotating mechanism is installed to rotate slats with the aid of reciprocation of the rack 56, while a control means operates the stepping motor 54 upon calculation of the slat rotating angle on the basis of a sensing signal given by a sensing means for the slat rotating angle. The motor mounting plate 52 is fitted with stoppers 59a, 59b to set the max. moving range of the rack 56 which corresponds to the allowable angle for slat rotation.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a slat hanger fitting device of which strength is sufficient and the connecting/disconnecting work is easy. CONSTITUTION:The lower end part of a slat hanging shaft 8 is formed into a forked shape out of a supporting piece 10a and a guide piece 10b. The guide piece 10b is provided with flexibility, and the supporting piece 10a is provided with a projection part 11 projecting toward the guide piece 10b formed thereon. A slat hanger 9 is provided with a latch shaft 15 which is formed thereon and can be inserted between the supporting piece 10a and the guide piece 10b. A supporting recessed part 12 capable of supporting the latch shaft 15 is provided on the upper face of the projection part 11. The space between the projection part 11 and the guide piece 10b is a little less than the size of the latch shaft 15.
