Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric transformer having a connection terminal that will not reduce efficiency and preventing a detect in continuity of the connection terminal. SOLUTION: Each end of metallic terminals 13a and 13b on the primary side is jointed with electrodes 21a and 21b at a knot of oscillation in the lengthwise direction of a piezoelectric transformer body 20A. The other end has a flat belt shape fixed to a case 11A, and a primary deflection natural oscillation frequency becomes higher than an operating frequency of the piezoelectric transformer body 20A. The length L2 between one end to the other end is set so that the stress generated at a jointing part with the electrodes 21a and 21b is made smaller than the destruction strength through the flexibility force during the oscillations of the piezoelectric transformer body 20A.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the strip of a conductive pattern or corner cracking in a wiring board. SOLUTION: The terminal structure of a wiring board comprises a lower layer (5) having a plurality of side through holes opening sideward, an upper layer (3) having a lower surface (3b) facing the side through hole (7) and a corner (3a), a conductive pattern (13) provided on the lower surface (3b) of the upper layer, and an electrode (11) provided on the inner wall (7w) of the side through hole and capable of conducting with the conductive pattern (13). The conductive pattern (13) is formed not to face the side through hole (7) so that a solder fillet (9) does not reach the vicinity of the corner part (3a) at the time of reflow. The strip of the conductive pattern or corner cracking due to the difference of thermal expansion coefficients between the wiring board (1) and a mother board (21) or difference of shrinkages of solder fillets at different positions can thereby be prevented. Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide more ideal filter characteristics while miniaturizing and lightening the parts. CONSTITUTION: An LPF 36 is composed of a coil 10 and a capacitor 18 at the input side and with this LPF, unwanted high frequency components are removed. A first stage trap circuit 38 is composed of a capacitor 20 and a resonator 22 on the following stage, and a second stage trap circuit 40 is composed of a capacitor 28 and a resonator 30. At these trap circuits 38 and 40, unwanted low frequency components are respectively removed by the serial resonance of the capacitor 20 and an equivalent inductance 24 and the serial resonance of the capacitor 28 and an equivalent inductance 32. Since the Q of a resonator trap is higher than that of an LC trap, much sharper and more ideal attenuation characteristics can be provided.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a frequency characteristic without changing the pattern of a strip line conductor layer by connecting exposed additional conductor layers provided on the fourth side of a dielectric body to the strip line conductor layer. SOLUTION: First and second strip conductor layers 2 and 3 have 1/4 wavelengths and they are arranged in parallel when viewed from a first main face 12-side on the main face of the fourth dielectric layer so that they are induction-connected (M connection). One end of each layer is exposed to a third side 16 and is connected to a grounding terminal conductor layer 10. The other end is exposed to the fourth side 17 and it linearly extends toward the fourth side 17 from the third side 16. The first and second strip line conductor layers 2 and 3 are interconnected inductively and capacitively. The fist and second additional conductor layers 11a and 11b for changing/adjusting frequency characteristic are provided for the fourth side 17 and are connected to the first and second strip line conductor layers 2 and 3.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress production of dispersion in a stray capacitance among an input terminal, an output terminal and ground in a laminated filter. SOLUTION: A ground conductor layer for a shield 7 is provided in a dielectric body of a laminated filter. Additional conductor layers 8, 9 are provided in a same plane as the ground conductor layer 7. The additional conductor layers 8, 9 are connected to an input terminal and an output terminal of the conductor layer and placed to obtain a stray capacitance with the ground conductor layer 7. Since the ground conductor layer 7 and the additional conductor layers 8, 9 are formed to be flush with at the same time, dispersion in the stray capacitance based on dispersion in a gap between both is reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To allow convenient regulation of the inductance of a film inductor by moving a piece along a circuit pattern while measuring the inductance of film inductor, determining a position where the film inductor has a predetermined inductance, and fixing the piece thereat. CONSTITUTION:A measuring unit 10 is connected with a film inductor comprising upper and lower electrodes and a ferrite piece 9 is prepared. The ferrite piece 9 is place at a point on an overcoat glass 4 and then it is shifted slowly while measuring the inductance of a film inductor. The ferrite piece 9 is bonded through a dielectric adhesive, e.g. epoxy adhesive, onto the overcoat glass 4 at a point where a desired inductance is obtained. Since the flux of film inductor flows into the ferrite piece, the inductance of film inductor increases over the original value.
