The invention is a fluid dispensing device suited to be connected, by means of a connection element (220), to a container (C) holding the fluid that can be dispensed from the inside to the outside of the container through an actuator element (400), comprising: a suction duct (240) suited to communicate with the fluid held inside the container (C), a dispenser duct (440) in communication with the outer space with respect to the volume (V) enclosed by the container (C), a suction/compression chamber (300) that can communicate with the suction duct (240) and the dispenser duct (440), a suction valve (260) suited to alternatively allow and prevent the passage of a fluid between the suction duct (240) and the suction/compression chamber (300) when, respectively, the suction valve is closed and open, a dispensing valve (460) suited to alternatively allow and prevent the passage of a fluid between the dispenser duct (440) and the suction/compression chamber (300) when, respectively, the suction valve is closed and open, a tight membrane (500) slidingly coupled with the walls of the suction/compression chamber (300) so that it can be translated in a predetermined direction; both the suction valve (260) and the dispensing valve (460) comprise the membrane (500). The invention concerns also a system for containing and dispensing fluids (F).

The invention is a container (1) for containing a fluid (F), which can be associated with a dispensing device (50) for dispensing the fluid (F), the container (1) comprising a first portion (2) that defines a volume (V) for containing the fluid (F) and a second portion (3) provided with connection means (10) for connection to the dispensing device (50), the container (1) furthermore comprising the channel (20) having at least one inlet (21) that communicates with the volume (V) and the outlet mouth (22) arranged at the level of the second portion (3). Said container (1) comprises a collection chamber (70) in which the outlet mouth (22) of the channel (20) ends. The invention also concerns a system (100) for dispensing a fluid (F).

The present invention concerns a device for dispensing fluids (1; 100; 200; 300) comprising: a hollow body (2) defining a suction/compression chamber (3) for the fluid, to which a piston (5) is slidingly coupled, said piston being movable from a first rest position to a second operating position; a supporting element (20; 120) for the piston (5); elastic means (8; 108) suited to ensure that, once the fluid has been dispensed, the piston (5) returns from the operating position to the rest position. Said elastic means (8;108) comprise a first portion (31; 131) that counteracts the supporting element (20; 120) and a second portion (32; 132) that counteracts the piston (5) through a counteracting element (6; 106; 201). The invention also implements a system for dispensing a fluid comprising a container for the fluid.

The present invention is a unit (1, Ia) for dispensing fluids (L) suited to be applied to a container, and comprises: a hollow body (2) defining a suction/compression chamber (3) for a fluid (L), provided with a suction duct (4) for the fluid (L), to which a piston (5) is slidingly coupled, wherein said piston (5) can be moved from a first lower position to a second upper position; valve means (19) suited to regulate the flow of the fluid (L) from the suction duct (4) into the suction/compression chamber (3) and to regulate its outflow towards a communication duct (Ha) in hydraulic communication with an outlet duct (l ib) of the device; locking means (16) that can be activated by the user to lock the piston (5) in one of the lower and upper positions. The invention discloses a cap with a safety opening which comprises an inner element (10) with a thread suited to be screwed on the neck of a bottle (40), presenting on its outer cylindrical surface cogs (13) matching the corresponding cogs (31) which are present on an outer element (30), an outer element (30), also essentially cylindrical, presenting a double row of cogs (31, 33), co-operating with the inner element (10) and with a push-button (20); a push-button (20) having an essentially cylindrical shape and being placed between the inner and the outer elements and presenting at its bottom an annular rim (24) with a double row of cogs (21, 25), one row being arranged on its cylindrical wall and the other on the vertical wall (26) of the annular rim (24). When the push-button (20) is pressed downwards and slightly rotated in the direction for untightening the cap, the cogs (21) of said push-button engage the corresponding cogs (15) belonging to the inner element (10) thereby maintaining the push-button integral with said inner element until the outer element (30) is rotated in the direction for tightening the cap.
