L'embout (14) comprend des premiers tronçons d'extrémité (32) d'une première couche d'armures (24) et des deuxièmes tronçons d'extrémité (32) d'une deuxième couche d'armures (25), disposés extérieurement par rapport aux premiers tronçons d'extrémité (32). Il comprend une bague extérieure (94) appliquée extérieurement sur les deuxièmes tronçons d'extrémité (32), une bague intermédiaire (92), intercalée entre les premiers tronçons d'extrémité (32) et les deuxièmes tronçons d'extrémité (32). Les deuxièmes tronçons d'extrémité (32) sont pincés entre la bague extérieure (94) et la bague intermédiaire (92). Les premiers tronçons d'extrémité (32) sont également pincés entre la bague intermédiaire (92) et une surface d'appui (96). La bague intermédiaire (92) est au moins partiellement fendue.
