Abstract:
The present invention relates to ferrite particles for bonded magnets and a resin composition for bonded magnets which can provide a bonded magnet molded product capable of realizing a high magnetic force and a complicated multipolar waveform owing to such a feature that the ferrite particles are readily and highly oriented against an external magnetic field in a flowing resin upon injection molding, as well as a bonded magnet molded product obtained by injection-molding the above composition. According to the present invention, there are provided ferrite particles for bonded magnets which have a crystallite size of not less than 500 nm as measured in an oriented state by XRD, and an average particle diameter of not less than 1.30 µm as measured by Fisher method; a resin composition for bonded magnets; and a molded product obtained by injection-molding the composition.

Abstract:
The object of the present invention relates to ferrite particles for bonded magnets and a resin composition for bonded magnets which is capable of obtaining a bonded magnet molded product having a good magnetic force and a magnetic waveform as well as high iHc and Hk by injection molding. The present invention aims at providing a bonded magnet molded product using the ferrite particles and the resin composition. The aforementioned object of the present invention can be achieved by ferrite particles for bonded magnets which have a crystal distortion of not more than 0.14 as measured by XRD, and an average particle diameter of not less than 1.30 µ m as measured by Fisher method; a resin composition for bonded magnets; and a molded product obtained by injection-molding the resin composition.

According to the present invention, there are provided ferrite particles for bonded magnets and a resin composition for bonded magnets which are capable of producing a bonded magnet molded product having a good tensile elongation and exhibiting excellent magnetic properties, as well as a bonded magnet molded product such as a rotor which is obtained by using the resin composition. The present invention relates to ferrite particles for bonded magnets having a bulk density of not less than 0.5 g/cm 3 and less than 0.6 g/cm 3 and a degree of compaction of not less than 65%, a resin composition for bonded magnets using the ferrite particles, and a molded product obtained by using the ferrite particles and the resin composition.

The present invention relates to ferrite particles for bonded magnets and a resin composition for bonded magnets which exhibit a good moldability, in particular, a good mechanical strength even when rapidly quenched upon injection-cooling, and is capable of producing a bonded magnet molded product having excellent magnetic properties, as well as a bonded magnet molded product such as a magnet roll using the ferrite particles and the resin composition. There are provided ferrite particles for bonded magnets which comprise phosphorus adsorbed and/or incorporated in ferrite, in which a content of the phosphorus in the ferrite is 120 to 5000 mg/kg (0.012 to 0.50% by weight) in terms of P; a resin composition for bonded magnets; and a magnet roll.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ferrite particle powder and a resin composition for bond magnet exhibiting excellent tensile elongation and capable of producing a bond magnet molding having excellent magnetic characteristics, and to provide a bond magnet molding, such as a rotor, using the ferrite particle powder and resin composition.SOLUTION: The ferrite particle powder for bond magnet has powder characteristics controlled so that the bulk density is 0.75 μm or less and the degree of compaction is 65% or more. A resin composition for bond magnet and a rotor are also provided.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite particle powder for bond magnet and a resin composition for bond magnet which are excellent in compacting properties, especially, in mechanical strength even when quenched during injection cooling bond magnet compact, and can impart superior magnetic characteristics to a compact article, and to provide a bond magnet compact such as a magnet roll using the ferrite particle powder and the resin composition. SOLUTION: The ferrite particle powder for the bond magnet formed by adsorbing and/or incorporating a phosphoric acid compound which does not cause decomposition and/or in-molecule dehydration at 200 to 400°C is characterized in that ferrite contains phosphorus in an amount P of 120 to 5,000 mg/kg (0.012 to 0.5 wt.%).
