    Abstract: An ophthalmological observation device (1) according to an exemplary embodiment comprises moving image generation units (30, 40), an analysis unit (211), and a display control unit (200). The moving image generation units image a subject eye having an artificial object inserted therein to generate a moving image. The analysis unit analyzes a still image included in the moving image generated by the moving image generation units, and specifies a first site image corresponding to a predetermined site of the subject eye and a second site image corresponding to a predetermined site of the artificial object. The display control unit causes a display device (3) to display the moving image generated by the moving image generation units, first position information indicating the position of the first site image specified by the analysis unit, and second position information indicating the position of the second site image specified by the analysis unit.

    Abstract: An illumination system of the ophthalmological device of an exemplary embodiment projects illumination light that has been outputted from a light source onto an anterior eye part of an examined eye. An interference photography system photographs an interference pattern that is formed on the cornea by the illumination light. An anterior eye part photography system photographs the anterior eye part onto which the illumination light is being projected. A first optical path coupling element couples the optical path of the interference photography system and the optical path of the anterior eye part photography system. A control part aligns an observation interference image that is at least a portion of an interference image that has been acquired by the interference photography system and an anterior eye part image that has been acquired by the anterior eye part photography system and makes a display device display the aligned images. The control part also makes the display device display observation location information that indicates the location of the observation interference image on the anterior eye part image.

    Abstract: An ophthalmological observation device (1) according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises a moving image generation unit (30, 40), an analysis unit (211), a target location determination unit (212), and a display control unit (200). The moving image generation unit images a subject eye to generate a moving image. The analysis unit analyzes a still image, which is included in the moving image generated by the moving image generation unit, so as to detect an image of a given site in the subject eye. The target location determination unit determines a target location for a predetermined treatment at least on the basis of the image of the given site which has been detected by the analysis unit. The display control unit displays, on a display device (3), the moving image which has been generated by the moving image generation unit and target location information which indicates the target location determined by the target location determination unit.
