Abstract: A bar arrangement inspection result display system includes a surveying instrument, an eyewear display device including a display, a relative position sensor and a relative direction sensor, and a processor for manage coordinate spaces of the eyewear display device and the surveying instrument in a space with an origin set at a common reference point. The processor is configured to generate a three-dimensional model of a bar arrangement inspection range based on three-dimensional point cloud data of the inspection range, generate three-dimensional inspection result display data by associating bar arrangement inspection result data of the inspection range in which detail and position of bar arrangement error are associated with each other with the three-dimensional model, and display three-dimensional inspection result image by superimposing on actual objects observed with the eyewear display device in such a manner that the bar arrangement error is recognizable.

Abstract: An object is to provide a communication management system that prevents a surveying instrument from being used in an environment exceeding a guaranteed range of specifications. Abstract: Provided is a communication management system for a surveying instrument. The system includes: a surveying instrument including a survey unit configured to survey a target, a control unit configured to control the survey unit, and a communication unit connected to a communication network; a management server capable of communicating with the surveying instrument; and a remote terminal capable of communicating with the management server, wherein the remote terminal makes maintenance settings for the surveying instrument and cancels the maintenance settings, and stores the maintenance settings and cancellation of the settings in the management server, the management server gives a notification to at least one of a user and an administrator that the surveying instrument is in a state requiring predetermined maintenance work according to the maintenance settings, and when the maintenance settings are canceled, stops the notification.

Measurement points are displayed on the eyewear device by being synchronized with and superimposed on a landscape of a survey site, and from the eyewear device worn by a worker, according to an eye motion, a command is input into the surveying instrument and distance and angle measurements of the target are made. A worker can perform a work while keeping a posture gripping the pole.

Abstract: An object is to provide a surveying instrument and system to manage instrument setting and usage data for each personal user. The surveying instrument includes a personal authentication sensor, a control unit, and a storage unit. A personal information registration unit of the control unit acquires personal authentication information from the sensor and stores the personal authentication information in a personal identification information database of the storage unit in association with user information. A personal authentication execution unit of the control unit identifies a user based on whether authentication data acquired by the sensor matches personal authentication information stored in the personal identification information database. A personal setting application unit of the control unit refers to a personal setting information database in the storage unit, and when finding instrument setting saved by the authenticated user, applies the instrument setting and starts the surveying instrument.
