Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic agent composition in which there is not sticky nature before use and that has favorable operability in a next process; and to provide a method of manufacturing the same, a master batch using the antistatic agent composition, and a resin molded article.SOLUTION: The antistatic agent composition is a silicon compound-containing antistatic agent including: an antistatic agent, a first silicon compound, and a second silicon compound, wherein in the second silicon compound, the particle size is at most 84% of that of the first silicon compound, and the blending amount is 4-100 wt.% of that of the first silicon compound included in the antistatic agent. Moreover, the master batch is formed by mixing the antistatic agent composition with a resin, and further the resin molded article is formed by kneading the antistatic composition or the master batch into a resin that is a base material.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a low-bleed composition of an antistatic agent-containing thermoplastic resin masterbatch, which exhibits little tackiness before use, and which can contain the antistatic agent in a high concentration.SOLUTION: In a resin masterbatch containing an antistatic agent, in order to reduce the bleed amount of the antistatic agent to the surface, a composition in which 1 to 30 pts.wt of the antistatic agent and 0.1 to 1 pt.wt of a nucleating agent are blended in 100 pts.wt of a crystalline thermoplastic resin, and strands discharged from a die of an extruder is slowly cooled at an air cooling rate of ≥25%.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic agent which utilizes a charged layer being formed near a surface layer in molding to provide a layer in which the antistatic agent gathers there, and which can hold the layer as it is and a molding resin material using the same and a master batch using the same, and a molding using these. SOLUTION: Silicon dioxide 3 having hydrophilic groups 2 on a surface thereof, a surfactant 4 having antistatic function, and glycols 7 having hydrophilic groups (or polyhydric alcohols or higher alcohols excluding glycols, or ethers or glycidyl ethers) are mixed, whereby an even number of particles of the surfactant 4 are deposited to cover the silicon dioxide 3 and hydrophilic groups 5 are located on an outer surface to achieve nanoencapsulation. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer film which includes an antistatic material so that an antistatic component does not bleed out to the inner or outer surfaces of the film, and maintains the antistatic effect for a long time without no adverse effect generated by the transfer of the antistatic component to a bag of the multilayer film, a film container, or an article to be packed, and to provide a bag made of this multilayer film. SOLUTION: The multilayer film 1 is constituted of an intermediate layer 2, an inner layer 3, and an outer layer 4. The intermediate layer 2 shows a resistance value of 10 8 to 10 11 Ω as a result of adding an antistatic material thereto. In addition, the antistatic material is not added to the outer layer 3 and the inner layer 4 which have each a surface resistance value of not less than 10 14 Ω. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a master batch consisting of a resin containing an antistatic agent, in which the antistatic agent hardly bleeds out before using.SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a master batch pellet which consists of a thermoplastic resin containing an antistatic agent, the thermoplastic resin containing the antistatic agent is made a core-like inner layer, a circumference of the inner layer contains the antistatic agent in a lower concentration than that of a thermoplastic resin of the inner layer, or a strand 1 covered by a vaginal outer layer consisting of a thermoplastic resin which does not contain the antistatic agent is drawn from an extruder tip, the strand 1 is crushed by rotating a pressing gear 3 and by using each tooth 3a having substantially an arc shape, the tooth being a pressing member that has a tip of a curved surface, and the each crushed part is cut.
