    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic agent composition in which there is not sticky nature before use and that has favorable operability in a next process; and to provide a method of manufacturing the same, a master batch using the antistatic agent composition, and a resin molded article.SOLUTION: The antistatic agent composition is a silicon compound-containing antistatic agent including: an antistatic agent, a first silicon compound, and a second silicon compound, wherein in the second silicon compound, the particle size is at most 84% of that of the first silicon compound, and the blending amount is 4-100 wt.% of that of the first silicon compound included in the antistatic agent. Moreover, the master batch is formed by mixing the antistatic agent composition with a resin, and further the resin molded article is formed by kneading the antistatic composition or the master batch into a resin that is a base material.
