Abstract: Adhesive layers (40, 140) for peelably attaching a region of an upper base material (10, 110) that forms a delivery slip (11, 111) to a lower base material (20, 120) are intermittently provided in each of a plurality of linear adhesive rows (41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, 41e, 41f, 41g, 41h, 41i) that extend in parallel, from a peeling start end (19a, 119a) of the region of the upper base material (10, 110) that forms the delivery slip (11, 111 ), from the lower base material (20, 120) toward a peeling finish end (19b, 119b), and the adhesive layer (40, 140) is not present in at least one adhesive row (41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, 41e, 41f, 41g, 41h, 41i) on any line perpendicular to the adhesive rows (41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, 41e, 41f, 41g, 41h, 41i).
