PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling tool provided with a cooling composition in which the agglomeration of a thickener is suppressed.SOLUTION: A cooling tool provided with a cooling composition which comprises a salt, a thickener and a solvent, wherein the thickener is one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropyl guar gum, guar gum, and hydroxyethylcellulose.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold pack with which a user can easily observe whether the cooling state is as intended.SOLUTION: A cold pack is provided, comprising a cooling composition whose color changes before and after the freezing, the cooling composition containing dyes, ammonium chloride, and a solvent. The content of the dyes in the cooling composition is 2000 ppm or less, and a part of the dyes is not dissolved in the cooling composition when its temperature is at any point between 20 and 25°C.

A heat accumulation agent 41 is stored in one storage part 21 so as not to be able to be taken out therefrom, and a hook-and-loop fastener 30 to be fitted to a storage container is provided on the outer surface of the other storage part 22.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant temperature holder for retaining a heat-retained object at a constant temperature, which avoids cooling the heat-retained object too much and shortening a duration of time during which the constant temperature is retained.SOLUTION: A constant temperature holder includes a heat reservoir 10 having the fusion point of 25°C or less and being in a solidification state, and a heat reservoir 20 having the solidification point of 13-25°C and not being in a solidification state. The heat reservoir 20 is arranged in a side of heat reservoir 10 closer to the heat-retained object. The weight of the heat reservoir 20 is 15% or more and 50% or less of the weight of the heat reservoir 10.
