Disclosed is a gas barrier film exhibiting excellent oxygen and water vapor blocking performance, while having resistance to heat sterilization treatments such as a boiling/retorting treatment. A gas barrier film as a first embodiment of the present invention is characterized by having a structure wherein a deposition layer of an inorganic compound is formed on one side of a base film, a gas barrier layer of a polyepoxy cured product having a skeleton represented by the formula (1) below is formed on the deposition layer, and an overcoat layer made of at least one resin selected from the group consisting of polyepoxy resins, polyester resins and polyacrylic resins is formed on the gas barrier layer. A gas barrier film as a second embodiment of the present invention is characterized by having a structure wherein a deposition layer of an inorganic compound is formed on one side of a base film, a gas barrier layer of a polyurethane resin is formed on the deposition layer, and an overcoat layer made of a polyester resin and/or a polyacrylic resin is formed on the gas barrier layer.

This method for producing a solar cell module involves: forming a silicon oxide layer by coating at least one surface of a base film with a coating containing silica particles and/or a hydrolysis product of a silicate; and bonding the silicon oxide layer and a silicone sealing material layer. Thus the present invention provides: a method for producing a solar cell module having excellent weather resistance and excellent adhesive strength to silicone sealing materials; a solar cell backside sealing sheet; and a solar cell module.

Disclosed is a film for a backside sealing sheet for solar cells, which has excellent light resistance and partial discharge voltage that serves as an index for electrical insulation. Also disclosed are a protective sheet for solar cell backside sealing and a solar cell module using the protective sheet. The film for a backside sealing sheet for solar cells is characterized in that a resin layer, which contains an antistatic agent and a resin that is obtained by copolymerizing an acrylic polyol resin with an ultraviolet absorbent and a light stabilizer, is arranged on at least one surface of a base film, and that the amount of the antistatic agent contained in the resin layer is 1-30 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the resin that is obtained by copolymerizing an acrylic polyol resin with an ultraviolet absorbent and a light stabilizer. Consequently, the film for a backside sealing sheet for solar cells can achieve more excellent light resistance and partial discharge voltage that serves as an index for electrical insulation than conventional films.

Disclosed is a gas barrier resin composition which contains a polymer (A) having a repeating constitutional unit including an active hydrogen-containing functional group and/or a heteroatom-containing polar functional group, and an organic compound (B) containing an active hydrogen-containing functional group and/or a heteroatom-containing polar functional group in a molecule. Also disclosed is a gas barrier film containing such a gas barrier resin composition. The gas barrier resin composition and the gas barrier film have excellent gas barrier properties without containing a halogen.
