Producto estratificado como objeto moldeado, que comprende una capa de resina termoendurecible, una capa de resina termoplástica y grupos de fibras de refuerzo que comprenden numerosos filamentos continuos, en el que dicha capa de resina termoendurecible y dicha capa de resina termoplástica están integradas en la interfaz entre estas capas, de tal manera que la resina de dicha capa de resina termoendurecible y la resina de dicha capa de resina termoplástica se formen para ser robustas en la interfaz; un conjunto de filamentos entre dichos grupos de fibras de refuerzo se mantiene en contacto, como mínimo, con la resina de dicha capa de resina termoendurecible, mientras que el otro conjunto de filamentos entre dichos grupos de fibras de refuerzo se mantiene en contacto, como mínimo, con la resina de dicha capa de resina termoplástica; y la cara de dicha capa de resina termoplástica opuesta a dicha interfaz se sitúa sobre la superficie de dicho objeto moldeado, en el que en dicha capa de resina termoplástica, el grosor máximo del área en la que existen dichos filamentos continuos es de 10 μm o más.

An electromagnetic-shielding molded object, obtained by integrating a first structural member composed of a resin composition having groups of conductive fibers consisting of numerous continuous filaments arranged therein and a second structural member composed of a thermoplastic resin composition, wherein the electromagnetic shielding property of said first structural member at a frequency of 1 GHz measured according to the KEC method is 40 dB or more.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for injection-molding a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin capable of manufacturing a fiber reinforced resin injection-molded product excellent in mechanical characteristics and appearance. SOLUTION: In obtaining a molded object of a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin by an injection molding method, a nozzle having a mechanism for mixing a molten fiber-containing resin material is used in an injection molding machine and the resin passed through the nozzle is injection-molded.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method capable of providing an injection-molded product being a composite molded product containing a fiber reinforcing material and a thermoplastic resin and excellent in fiber dispersibility and having good appearance and excellent mechanical characteristics, and the injection-molded product manufactured thereby. SOLUTION: In injection-molding a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin containing 2-40 vol.% of reinforcing fibers having length substantially same to that of pellets and arranged in the length direction of the pellets, a double- flight shaped screw, wherein a compression ratio is 1.5-2.3 and the gap between sub-flights and the inner wall of a cylinder barrel is 0.5-2.0 mm, is used. The injection-molded product obtained by the injection molding method is also disclosed.

A layered product which is a molded object comprising a thermoset resin layer, a thermoplastic resin layer, and reinforcing fibers comprising many continuous filaments, wherein the thremoset resin layer has been united with the thermoplastic resin layer at the interface between these layers, the resin of the thermoset resin layer and the resin of the thermoplastic resin layer each having an irregular surface shape at the interface, and a group of filaments among the reinforcing fibers are in contact with at least the resin of the thermoset resin layer and the other group of filaments among the reinforcing fibers are in contact with at least the resin of the thermoplastic resin layer, that side of the thermoplastic resin layer which is opposite to the interface being a surface of the molded object.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composition having excellent mechanical properties and a paint-masking effect. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin is incorporated with a carbon fiber and titanium oxide in an amount of 5-30 wt.% relative to the carbon fiber to give the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composition. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding of a thermoplastic resin having excellent strength, rigidity, impact resistance, and molding appearance. SOLUTION: A method for injection molding the thermoplastic resin comprises the steps of opening a product cavity in a pressure holding step in an injection compression molding of compressing after the cavity is once opened by using an injection molding machine having an injection compressing mechanism, and then compressing the resin.
