Abstract: PURPOSE:Titled composition, directly moldable without necessity of kneading, which is prepared by mixing a hard resin pellet with an ABS resin pellet, containing a specified or less amount of a rebber, obtained by drying an ABS resin latex by means of a screw-type dehydrating dryer. CONSTITUTION:ABS latex 1, obtained by the graft polymerization of (i) 30- 90pts.wt. of a diene rubber latex and (ii) 10-70pts.wt. of an aromatic vinyl, vinyl cyanide or (meth)acrylate, and a coagulant 2, are agitated and coagulated in coagulating vessel 3. The resulting mixture is filtered by filter 4. After rubber content is reduced to 55wt% or lower, by being mixed with pellet polymer 5, obtained by the polymerization of at least two kinds of monomers (ii), the polymer cake is dried by means of screw-type dehydrating dryer 8, and pelletized into pellet (A) of particle size 1-10mm. by means of cutter 10. 5-95wt% of pellet (A) and 95-5wt% of hard resin pellet (B) of particle size 1-10mm., obtained by the polymerization of monomer (ii), are mixed and directly molded by means of an extruder, etc.
