Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title film excellent in metallizability and gas barrier properties after metallizing by specifying the constitutional ratios among the atoms on the surface of a polypropylene film and the temperature at which the heat shrinkage of the film along the machine direction initiates. CONSTITUTION:The purpose film wherein the constitutional ratio between the atoms (the number of O atoms/the number of C atoms) on either surface of a polypropylene film is in the range of 0.10-0.34, the constitutional ratio between the atoms (the number of N atoms/the number of C atoms) is in the range of 0.005-0.08, and the temperature at which the heat shrinkage of the film along the machine direction initiates is 105 deg.C or above. It is desirable that a propylene/ ethylene copolymer or an ethylene/propylene/butene copolymer be laminated on the side opposite to said either surface.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance heat-sealing strength, hermetic properties, vacuum bag bursting resistance and hot tack properties by laminating a polymer having specific quantity of heat of fusion of a crystal to an intermediate layer and providing an alpha-olefin copolymer film layer to the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A laminated film is formed by laminating three layers of a biaxially stretched polypropylene film layer (A), a film layer (B) with a thickness of 1-5mum composed of a polymer whose quantity of heat of fusion of a crystal based on thermal analysis due to a differential scanning type calorimeter is 8-20cal/g and an alpha-olefin copolymer film layer (C) in the order of (A)/(B)/(C). As the polymer of the biaxially stretched polypropylene film layer (A), a propylene homopolymer is pref. As a biaxial stretching method, a sequential biaxial stretching method is pref. and the thickness of the layer (A) is set to 10-60mum. When the m.p of the layer (B) is 80-137 deg.C, vacuum bag bursting resistance is excellent and, as the polymer of the layer (B), an ethylene copolymer is pref. The alpha-olefin copolymer film layer (C) is composed of a binary or ternary copolymer of ethylene, propylene and butene and the thickness thereof is set to 2-10mum.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a film excellent in sealing property and an anti- decompression bag breakage preventing property by laminating a biaxially oriented polypropylene film layer, a specific alpha-olefine copolymeric layer, and a specific welding layer in this order. CONSTITUTION:Polypropylene 1 to constitute a biaxially oriented film layer A consisting of crystalline polypropylene is supplied to one extruder, and alpha- olefine copolymer to constitute a film layer B consisting of alpha-olefine copolymer is supplied to the other extruder, and they are directed to one nozzle and extruded simultaneously and then wound around a cooling roll so as to be made into a double layered sheet. Next, the alpha-olefine copolymer film layer surface is extrusion laminated with welding polymer and thus a laminate film is obtained. The alpha-olefine copolymer 13 is made into the thickness of 1 - 5mum at the melting point of 136 deg.C or higher and 150 deg.C or lower, and the polymer of a welding layer C is made into the thickness of 2 - 20mum at the melting point of 70 deg.C or higher and 136 deg.C or lower.
