Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extremely simply producing a strong carbonized woven fabric. SOLUTION: This method for producing the carbonized woven fabric, comprising spinning flame-resistant fibers comprising acrylic precursors, weaving the spun yarns, and then carbonizing the obtained woven fabric, is characterized by washing the woven fabric to reduce the amount of adhered stain substances to ≤0.5 wt.% and then carbonizing the washed woven fabric. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame retardant woven fabric excellent in form retainability, and to provide a carbonized woven fabric excellent in a mechanical property and an electrical property, and to provide a method for an effective production of them. SOLUTION: The flame retardant woven fabric comprises flame retardant twisted spun yarns having 1.35-1.45 of fiber specific gravity, ≥100 mm of average fiber length, and 250-500 dtex. The carbonized woven fabric comprises carbon fiber spun yarns each of which has ≥20 Å of crystal size, ≥0.02 of a specific surface oxygen concentration O/C measured by a X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and the fabric has 60-150 g/m 2 of fabric weight.
