Abstract: PURPOSE: To smoothly start ultrahigh-speed false twisting using a high- temperature fluid heating means by preheating the high-temperature fluid heating means at a lower temperature than that at the time of normal operation before threading and keeping the temperature of the high-temperature heating means and yarn speed in normal operating conditions after the threading. CONSTITUTION: A high-temperature fluid is temporarily passed through the interior of a cylinder of a heating device 5 before carrying out threading only for 2-3 min to perform preheating. Threading is carried out through the false twisting device at a lower yarn speed than that in normal operating conditions in a state of the preheated heating device 5 and the yarn speed is then increased to the normal operating speed of >=1,000 m/min. The temperature of the heating device 5 is raised to the temperature in normal operating conditions.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flying stability of a weft yarn in an air jet loom to reduce a running cost by efficiently utilizing an air jet of an assistant nozzle for the transportation of the weft yarn. SOLUTION: An urged air-introducing part having a shape expanded downward in the expansion section having (1/3)-(2/3) depth of the depth of a groove at the lower surface of a guide groove at the near side, at the main nozzle side, and gradually narrowed upward in a gathering section at the opposite main nozzle side is installed, and the assistant nozzle air jet is jetted to the part. The diffusion and the generation of a turbulent flow are prevented by leaving a part having the same groove width as a parallel groove part at the depth side of the guide groove even in the part of the urged air-introducing part to improve the flying stability of the transported weft yarn.

CONSTITUTION:The method for doffing a drawing and false-twisting machine by disposing a doffing device 66 in a freely traveling state along the drawing and false-twisting machine in which the many spindles of units for applying drawing and false-twisting treatments to yarns and subsequently winding the treated yarns on packages are arranged in such an order as rows (a)-(d) for each block 1-10, and successively performing the doffing of each row (a)-(d) for each prescribed time when a lamp 44 is lighted is characterized by measuring a stopping time with the second measuring means 16 when the doffing device 66 is stopped by the generation of a doffing trouble, calculating the number of the rows to be subjected to the doffing operation within the stopping time by a calculation means 17, skipping the doffing device 66 to the row (a) by the second travel mode 14 as shown with an arrow 5, and subsequently restarting the doffing operation.

Plural easing rollers 8-11 are each set as settable of individual moving, heald frames 1-4 have easing rollers 8-11, respectively and easing rollers of same number as the number of the heald frames of the perfect assemble of the textile are provided, and the plural easing rollers 8-11 are preferably driven by a driving cam, and are installed on respective heald frames 1-4, and weaving is preferably done by passing warps through these easing rollers 8-11.
